Delhi Metro Rail Corporation [Dmrc] — miss behave by staff, despite his own fault

I bought my token from jahangirpuri metrogestation around 6:15 pm, when i started exiting the maujpur metro sites at 6:50 pm, it told me an invalid ticket and when i checked the ticket, they started saying your token time is over, and if you have bought your token from the martyr's place, then you have to pay extra 10 rupees. It was not my fault then why should i give extra charge. Explain, then started saying that sometimes this happens due to technicals issu, even then extra charge was taken why

Very deep Manhole is open near krishna temple of sector 4 vaishali. Near vaishali metro station.
Last night one children also fell in this manhole and injured.
