Delhi Metro Rail Corporation [Dmrc] — New smart card not work at exit and fine of Rs 200 charged at exit station

I took new smart card no. [protected] on dated 16/03/17 from Vaishali metro station in Rs. 150/ and entered through access gate. When i touch it at access gate for exit at Huda city metro station, it dose not work. Customer care executive at huda city center checked it and told me that card is invalid. He argue with me and not allaowed to exit. I told him that i am getting late for office so please alow me to exit. He chanrged me Rs. 200/- and then give me a free token to exit.

This is very much disappointed for me and not expected from DMRC. The card is still with me which is not working, the total amount (card cost Rs. 150+Exit ChargeRs. 200) paid by me. I did not reach office on time and Company also changed me half day absent (Rs. 2000/ approx.).

This issue should be resolved by DMRC and the amount Rs. 2350/- should be refunded.
