Delhi Metro Rail Corporation [Dmrc] — no refund, over a month | |||||
I tried to recharge my account through paytm and there were two nos mentioned on it, I tried to check over at the metro counter the guy informed you can recharge with any no it will be recharged, I did the same. Post that they have taken the hell out me and tested lots of patience. I recharged Rs 100/- in my card and after multiple attempts to tap it at different AVM machines at different stations, it shows failed attempts. I tried to contact DMRC's CC they were of no help I emailed them and almost after 15 days I received A text mentioning Card is working fine now, I checked again and yet not. Its been over a month and this is totally screwing how you engulf consumer's money and never bother to return back. just refund back my money to my paytm account Was this information helpful? | |||||
