Delhi Metro Rail Corporation [Dmrc] — recharge not reflected

I had done the 5 recharges on 30 november, 2019 through phone pe app. Phone pe app is saying that the recharge is successful but it is not reflected in my card.
But only 3 rechrges are reflected in the card.
The transaction ids for the 5 recharges are
