Delhi Metro Rail Corporation [Dmrc] — recharge successful status shown but amount didn't came in card | |||
Hi, This mail is regarding the issue with recharge of my metro card no 56523293. I had recharged my card with rs1000 on 04/09/2018 at 9.27 am. Through paytm the amount got deducted & the status in the app shows successfully done but balance didn't come in my card. Many times i tried to validate my card through avm but there it's not showing the pending balance. Request you to please check the issue & revert me back with the exact issue my reference no is mentioned below Card no:[protected] Reference no:- [protected] Recharge date & time:- 04/09/2018 at 9.27 This is the mail i had sent to dmrc also lodged complaint on complaint its been more than 2 months but no solution yet Was this information helpful? | |||
