Delhi Metro Rail Corporation [Dmrc] — refund issue

Sir on 2 november 2019 i recharged my card using phonepe. Transaction id s1911021855225018742323
As i was unaware that i have to present card within 10 days at metro
And i did not present card
So kindly refund my money rs 300 only.
I have complained to phonepe also many times but did not get proper response
Ticket id phonpe 75849714.

Kindly look into this matter

I have done recharge on my metro card through phone pay on 16 December2019 but recharge is not reflected on my card. And the money is debited from my account.
