Delhi Metro Rail Corporation [Dmrc] — Refuse to accept payment & insulted Me | |||
Dear Sir/Mam, I am facing a big problem through metro station ticketing counter staff, As per goverment rules metro station are accepting only plastic money and online payment/ Scanning QR code. Since I do not have money in my bank account as Banks have deducted the money due to non payments of loan as did have job during pandamic. I explained everything to DMRC staff on ticket counter. Now I tell you what I do to make payments to recharge my metro card, I have clicked the photo of your QR code and sent it to my family member now they scan this QR code at home and make payments it's been working fine. Now my problem is with one person (Male staff) at Janakpuri East Metro Station on ticket counter. This person does this everytime. But Today (1st-Oct-2020) at Janakpuri east metro station around 09:45am, he completely refused to accept the payment by this way also warned me for next time and misbehaved said "KYA KAR LEGA" other bad words, Insulted me well and said "Theke par ye samajh raha hoga" Sarkari hu main, Muh band rakh apna. I informed police persons out there but they took it lightly to this. I got late for my office because of this. I need action on this from goverment or by authorities.
