This mail is regarding the issue with recharge of my metro card no 45658948. I had recharged my card with rs500 on 30/08/2018 at 9.11 am. Through paytm the amount got deducted & the status in the app shows successfully done but balance didn't come in my card. Many times i tried to validate my card through avm but there it's not showing the pending balance. I make a metro recharge of Rs 200 using Bank UPI on Paytm. but it shows Waiting for operator confirmation. Then I chat with Paytm Helpline and they told me that they are waiting for the operator confirmation.
