On 21st february 2019 around 7:40 am, i recharged my metro smart card at sikanderpur metro station (Dmrc) with rupees. 200 at customer care counter where card recharge process takes place. But they haven't credited the balance i. E 200. I approached the customer care of sikanderpur metro station but they are so confused about what should be done. Almost 3 - 4. D days, i visited nd everytime they are giving same excuses. I am very disappointed. I am a daily metro user.
My card no. Is 46005460. I know they aren't going to provide any remedy but surely this will be my worst experience of dmrc (Sikandarpur). Was this information helpful? |
