Delhi Metro Rail Corporation [Dmrc] — They are not giving my refund | |||||
Hello am Mohd Imran i am tired of everything forwarding my complaints through mail & phone calls, now this is my last try in this matter, it is 92 days now i had done biggest mistake of my life to recharge my card by PAYTM, recharge status was showing successful but when i tried topup it on evm machine card broke due to the local quality of card provided by delhi metro, i told customer care of delhi metro at the same time he replied "DONT WORRY SUBMIT YOUR CARD YOU WILL GET REFUND" i had done submission process i got a UNREADABLE CARD RECEIPT from him & he told me to come after 15 days, after 15 days he told me that there is no balance available in my metro card because you were unable to top up your card delhi metro had not received any payment in your card, from that day i am just calling here and there in metro & paytm people and not getting any response, after that customer care of DMRC sd you will get refund after 90 days, i was waiting from last 90 days but today when i called them they told me that they will not give me my refund and not ready to give me any clarification for the same . i am attaching all the supportings for the same, please reply me by call and solve this matter as soon as possible Order No is[protected] Paytm Cash Transaction No [protected] Delhi Metro Card Number 77625726 THIS WAS THE MESSEGE WHICH I HAD RECEIVED Recharge for Delhi Metro Card Number 77625726 for Rs.500 was successful .Paytm order id: [protected].
