Respected sir/ma'am,
This is to inform you that, I am KRISHAN PANDEY and my DMRC Metro Card No.is 43706564. On 7 May 2025 in the morning at 8:44 AM, I had done a payment of Rs 507 for recharging my metro card for the recharge amount Rs 500 through NET BANKING and the Transaction ID was S98035446.
The amount was deducted from my bank account but no metro card recharge was done . So, please refund my money Rs 507 back . Please help !!, because when I was trying to top up my metro card at the metro station, there NO TOP-UP was shown.
I have also attached the screenshot of the amount deducted by DMRC and my Metro Card Recharge till now has not been done. So, I again request please refund my money back in the bank account details below.
It is my humble request to the concerned authority to kindly review the situation and refund my Rs 507 back in my bank account. I have also attached the screenshot of my complaint, but still I have got no response despite writing 5 emails, so I have got this last platform to express my grievance, please understand this is a genuine request and please do the needful at the earliest because I belong to a very poor family and we are in the middle of Financial Crisis. Please help !
