This is to inform you that i have online recharged my metro card on 9th august 2017 at 8.48 pm. By rs.500/- transactions done thru paytm via sbi credit card. The amount got deducted from my credit card and metro (Thru paytm) did showed that recharge is successful.
But after around two weeks, when i tried to topup the amount in my card thru the avm machine from vaishali metro station the amount was not reflecting and i was unable to topup the paid amount.
My followup details :-
1) the credit card company said the amount is duly trfd to metro.enquire paytm / metro helpline.
2) when contacted paytm[protected]. The associate adviced to enquire/mail to metro helpline.
3) when i asked the metro associate at viashali metro card window. He showed his inability to solve the problem and directed me to enquire from metro helpline.
4) when i enquired at metro helpline. The associate guided that such queries are not dealt by them but with mail correspondence only.
Hence, i request to look into the matter and allow me to topup my card with rs.500/- or duly refund the amount. My metro card no is 76059858. Thanks and regards. Sameer bhatnagar
