Main ajadpur se sakurbasti ja rha the to contracter ko bola mujhe sakurbasti railway station jana hai tickets dijiye to usne 15 rupies ka three tickets diya. Sakurbasti bus stop pe mujhe nhi utarne diya or bola main check karne bala hu ticket dikhao main ticket deya to bola kum rupies ka ticket hai fine lagega. Or jabran marpeet jash karne laga to main bola police ke pass chalte hain. To 5 bus bale mujhe main sarkari bus bala hu chal rupies de or dhamki dene laga to main rupies 400 de diya. Bus se utrne ke baad main police ko call kia 100 no. Pe to police station se meta name and address pucha gaya or bola gaya main kuch nhi kat sakta dusra phone no. Dekar bola gaya ki ye unke under main hai.

Complaint is against person lokesh saini, he contacted me in november 2017 with a promise of job and allowed me a joining in a company named (Unregistered) for team lead at tech sales process. And keep paying salary in cash and not providing any concern document with varient excuses.
Company was running under a factory of cloths in chankya place, a2/4, in shift timing of 9pm yo 6am late night mostly as a call centre.
But any how after few months when we objected regarding salary disbursement methods and documents about joining he denied and hold salary of 45 day that makes 50k for me and i have marriage of my sister at home by next month, me and my family is stuck.
I tried to contact police and pcr everything nothing worked while he threat to kill me if i ask salary next time.

My wife phone issue shipra nigam after waiting for weeks for their reply regarding the repair i called and emailed customer support numerous times (This word is actually not doing justice to my efforts). They kept on giving me tentative dates on when the handset would be repaired. (Till date they have given me 5–6 tentative dates when i would be receiving my phone). Whenever the date used to approach i used to call them (Because they never cared to keep me posted) to ask the status of the repair and every time they used to give me some future date when the handset would be ready. The router is disconnected & we are not using it.

I am uday sharma today approximately 10:45 am i reached in khanpur new delhi branch andhra bank andb0002029 for cash deposit which was 22500 including currency and coins of 1150 rupees
As per norms i fill-up payment slip while i given currency and 1150 rupees coins of rs 5x140 10x40 to cashier he deny for accept
I told him why you are not accepting this coins have you any guideline of rbi he asked me branch havent available guideline for coins not accepting but due to weight machine not available we cannot accept any circumstance than i meet with branch manager she also told me we cannot accept coins you should credit this amount in green park branch, i argue with cashier and manager i have available bank account in this branch than why i will visit another branch these all discussion i have available audio & videos finally bank not taken coins than i deposit paper currency to bank rest of amount return back in my bag

I have below question with rbi & bank pls do the clarity

1 why bank not accepting coins
2 if there are not available weight machine why cashier cannot count manually
3 if bank not accepting coins than why in market coming coins
4 is any guideline of rbi to not accept account holder coins
5 is this printing in public home or govt of india
6 is we should not accept coins with customer in business purpose

Let me clarity on this matter and whatever discussion happen in bank branch i have available audit & videos

Pls take the necessary action.

Accused: braj kishor @ brij kishor singh, baby rani saurabh singh and shray kumar singh at a 6, third floor, transit camp, govind puri, new delhi 19

1. I shanti devi, a senior citizen woman, w/o dr ratan singh am the absolute owner of the property a 6 transit camp, govind puri, new delhi 110019. I am in legal possession of basement, gr, ff, sf & roof (Bath room & kitchen). I have business of garments in basement, dental clinic at gf, beauty care center at ff and counseling and family health center at sf (Item 13, new cs no. 52779/16 dated 27.10.2016).
2. Mr. Braj kishor @ brij kishor singh along with 4 family members is r/o third floor a 6 transit camp, govind puri, new delhi of the above mentioned property with the common entrance.
3. On 05/03/2018 i reached my property at 15:50 and found the only entrance locked by his private lock for which i had no keys.
4. I called pcr at 15:58 and 16:16 through my mobile no. [protected] but no help arrived. I reached ps govind puri and lodged a complaint sho, ps govind puri, new delhi (Dd no. 38b at 4:50 pm on 05/03/2018.
5. I personally met io si saurabh at ps govind puri, new delhi and apprised him with the painful situation who promised to resolve illegal situation and to provide relief to my distress.
6. I returned to my property again at 19:00 and found it still locked (Photos attached). I contacted pcr through my m; [protected] at 19:16. Mr. Ram singh came with gypsy no. Dl1cu 7952 who called local police and went away.
7. Mr. Sudhir and mr. Sonu, ps govind puri arrived who contacted braj kishor singh on my persuasion by phone who had been at mainpuri, up to celebrate holi at home along with his family. Mr. Sudhir also contacted io si saurabh who did not come to the site for rescue. I waited till 22:00 and retuned disappointed as no relief was provided to me. The property remained locked and inaccessible. My repeated request for hours remained unanswered.
8. I am legally in possession of basement, gf, ff, sf and roof of the above property (Item. Thus mr. Braj kishor @ brij kishor singh, [protected]@baby [protected]@ dev rani, saurabh singh, damini singh, shray kumar singh have;
8.1 dispossessed me from my property rights
8.2 caused me grave inconvenience personally and financially
8.3 created distrust against me from my clients & social contacts
8.4 damaged my social standing and self esteem
8.5 earned contempt of court by discarding its order (Item 13, new cs no. 52779/16 dated 27.10.2016)
9. P. S. Govind puri is well aware of my rights of saket court order (Item 13, new cs no. 52779/16 dated 27.10.2016)- a copy of it has already been kept by io si saurabh in my a6 file.
10. Brij kishor singh, saurabh singh and shray kumar singh are ordered by district & session judge, saket courts on 23/09/2016 in fir no. 745/ 2016 (345/506/323/34ipc) not to leave the premises: a6 tc, govind puri, delhi during the trial period without permission.
11. Saurabh singh and shray kumar singh are already on the run from a warrant by saket district court in fir no. 0013/2017 (345/341/506/509/34 ipc) dated 19/02/2018.
Inspite of the above mentioned facts brij kishor singh, saurabh singh and shray kumar singh, anuradha and damini singh are not restraining from further criminal activities.
12. There is apparent inaction by ps govind puri, nd inspite of our time to time intimation of their personal and public crimes is failing in its duty of protecting innocent senior citizens, their rights and law of the land (Item 13, new cs no. 52779/16 dated 27.10.2016).

13. I request your honour to register an fir against the accused, take necessary action against the negligence and tardiness by ps govind puri, provide relief from being dispossessed and warning to the culprits for not repeating the event or cause obstruction to our free movement to our property, client, public utilities and business.

Dear sir/madam,

This complaint is regarding incident on 05 Mar 2018. I was travelling with my wife in my Suzuki A-Star car from noida towards delhi cantt. At around 1210 hrs, while travelling on Panchsheel Marg near Chandragupt Marg crossing, as i was about to pass the intersection the traffic light turned from green to yellow. I continued at same speed of about 40 km/hr as i was too close to the intersection & if i had applied brakes, the car would have stopped in the middle of the intersection blocking the crossing. I crossed the intersection while the traffic light was still yellow. After moving about 50 mtrs i was waved to stop by Constable Sushil Kumar ( ID No. - 1653/T). I pulled my car to the side & stopped. On asking him the reason for stopping me, i was told that i had crossed the intersection on yellow light and i should have stopped. I tried to explain him that if i was almost at the intersection when the light turned yellow & if i had applied the brakes the would have stopped in the centre of intersection blocking it & i had not broken any traffic rule. At this point, ASI Raj Singh ( ID - 1004/T) who was standing close by intervened & asked for my Driving License. I asked him the reason for the same as i had not violated any traffic rule. On this he replied that being a traffic police officer he has the power to check documents for any driver & i cannot refuse. I handed over my Driving Licence to him. He checked all tbe documents for my car including RC, Insurance & Pollution Control Certificate & all documents were found valid. After checking, he said " Challan hoga to batao kya karna hai? " to which i replied all documents are valid & i have not violated any traffic rule so why challan. He did not listen to me & started preparing challan. He said 4th April is hearing date in Patiala House court. I told him i am in merchant navy & i will be joining my duty around mid March & requested him if the date could be preponed before 15th march. To this he replied, " Date miss karoge to court se summon aayegaa fir jaana". He asked me to sign copies of challan which he had prepared for Red Light Jumping. When i saw that, i told him that i will not sign since he had prepared a false challan. At this he got irritated & said " Zyada hoshiyar ban raha hai, ja tere sign ki zaroorat nahin mujhe" & wrote refused to sign on the clallan. I asked for a copy of challan which he gave me & told me to collect my license from Patiala House court on 04 Apr. It is disappointing to experience such incidents of misuse of power by Traffic Police officials without any valid reason causing unnecessary inconvenience to resposible citizens. Hope this matter will be looked into to prevent such incidents from happening in future with fellow citizens.

Please note that i will not be in india due to my work commitments from around mid March until Sept end & therefore won't be able to attend my court hearing date on 04 Apr 2018. However i will get in touch with Delhi Traffic Police Headquarters & Patiala House courts to get back my Driving Licence once I am back in india.

I want to complain against a traffic police officer who is misusing his power in a public place. This incident took place in Patel nagar Metro Station in Delhi where 2 traffic police officers were beating one man horribly it can be clarified by this video. Pls take action against these beasts. U can see in this video how a police officer is pulling the man terribly without any humanity the man cannot stood by himself then also they are beating because they are police officer they have right to do anything and no one can do anything but it's not true as a common public it's our responsibility show what's going on in our surrounding how police officer rendering their service..pls as soon as possible take immediate action against these officers it's my humble request...
