Bedi Car Zone has taken a shop on Rental in AC block Market in Shalimar Bagh,Delhi
Till few months back there was a STD Booth & Paan Vendor under Tehbazari of MCD, but they were shifted to another location in view of broadening the road due to increased traffic & to facilitate the genral public.
After shifting these Tehbazari shops to new locations, MCD cemented the corners of roads & made it broadened, so that more space is available on the road
But after few days of broadening the road, this Bedi Car Zone started parking his second hand cars on this new cemented road corners.
It appears that MCD had broadened & cemented the roads only to facilitate the Bedi Car Zone to park his second hand cars .
Moreover, even though the road is broadened but still 1/4th of the road is also occupied by Bedi Car as he parks his cars vertically covering entire footpath + broadened cemented road + 1/4th of the tarcoal road. This has also resulted in traffic chaos at this stretch.
Nutshell is that public money was spent to broadened the road but it is utilised by Bedi Car zone
Moreover, how come the taxpayers money can be spend in such an irresponsible way, which benefits an individual rather than public in general.
Also pls note that in night all the cars of Bedi car zone are parked inside the AC Block market.
Normally there are 10-12 cars parked at any given point of time.
It is also a security threat to the people living in area near vicinity of cars parked, but Delhi police also seems to have hands in hands with this car dealer, as Police also doesn't take any action whereas there is a police picket hardly 50 meters ahead of this site.
Why Govt authorities cann't act at their own on the visible violations & why everything is supposed to be taken up by the public to awake the govt autorities ( MCD & Police in this case ) for such petty issues

The site is between DDA Office & RP Block Pitam Pura & near the park, alongwith which one way traffic flows towards ICICI bank red light.
Immediately after DDA office there is left turn ( one way ).
After taking left turn & on the left side of this road public property is encroached by fruit vendors ( 10-15 in numbers ). They sell coconut water & other fruits.
Three months back also the same complaint was lodged thro this site only.
Now since last 10-15 days these shops are non-functioning ( may be administration has taken action agst them ). But point here is that these shops are non-functioning as of today because the vendors still keep all their fruits & carriers ( handpulled fruit carrier ) at the same place by covering it with tirpal ( rain water plastic cover ), thus the public land is still illegally occupied but the most strange thing is that now these vendors hv starrted selling the fruits just opposite the complained site ( road on the right side of the DDA office & leading to ZP Block pitam pura ). Now this new site is illegally occupied by these fruit vendor.
So infact what has happened that the previous site ( agst which complaint lodged earlier ) has become the godown for these fruit vendor & new site has become the selling point for the vendor.
Nutshell is that now these vendors occupies double the public property agst which they were illegally occupying earlier.
Moreover, in the evening u vl also find the police gypsy standing next to this new site.
Is administration doing their basic duty & let's forget about any additional pain taken by these govt department. Isn't it irony that after complaint the administration has turned blind eye & also indirectly helped these fruit vendors to double their operational area illegally.

This is to inform that a checking is being done by traffic constables near to R.K. Khanna Tennis Stadium Road (near Safdarjung Enclave) everyday without the presence of any senior traffic personnel. I forgot to carry pollution test report and I asked the constable to keep my bike with him and I will go and bring the document. The constable denied and told me to pay some amount of money. When I refused to pay, he wrote my name in a register and when I tried to enquire about the offence, he didn't tell me about it and told me that I will come to know about it soon. I am against it because what if he would have entered my name for not carrying insurance or documents. According to Right of Information Act, I must know what the constable wrote about offence in his register.

General Complaint in siadapet road:
1. Out of 100 vehicle passing in sidapet road only 40% people where helmet, and only 10% where charged with bills to show records… rest 30% amount are going as bribe without bill, rs 100 to 300 rs…
traffic police man monthly target of getting bribe is 10,000 to 30,000RS

During the first day government order for Number board format change and compulsory helmet for all the front and back seat, as usal not every will confront to it… it is golden period for traffic police … Police man monthly average bribe was 40,000 per month.

We cannot fight or argue for this against the police man,if we argue we will be in unnecessary trouble and will be filed case like creating nauncance,not allowing police todo their duty.

Few days back we had burglary at home. But our area police filed a wrong FIR. Burglary was in lakhs but they figured out as "Total Stolen Property Value" in few thousands. After arguing with concerned dept, they say value cannot be changed now as once FIR is freezed it cannot be changed. We are requesting them to cancel this FIR and file new FIR. But they are sayings its not possible.

Kindly suggest what can be done in this case.

It has been observed that despite booming increasing of vehicles on New Delhi Roads ( no. of registered vehicles at New Delhi = No. of registered vehicles of kolkata + Mumbai + Chennai) and snail movement of traffic during all the day, no traffic polices are seen on the roads controlling the traffic except a few which can be counted. Delhi being International City, traffic polices on the roads should be seen on the roads every where. It is really surprising to watch roads without traffic police. How many traffic police work on a day / road and location wise? It is really shame on us that our city being international (or snail moving city) without any traffic police. Were the traffic meant for only CWG-2010 or they are taken into jobs for the interest of common public those who hurdles day and nigth to reach their offices and return back to their home?

We r residents of Pitam Pura, Delhi
With a good monsoon this year, everybody knows the status of Delhi roads.
Roads of Pitam pura are not an exception as major roads are in very bad shape.
One of such road is near DDA Office ( RP Block Pitam Pura ) with one way traffic from DDA office to ICICI Bank in RP Block pitam pura ( around the park )
Y'day i.e. on 11.10.2010, authorities repaired this road and by evening theyb repaired this stretch but left the Malba ( badarpur, fire remains of Tarcoal ) in between the road, and traffic coming from DDA office this is a blind turn towards left and immediately after which this malba is scattered in between the road & which is a major accident prone area now.
At this stretch malba is lying in between the road, left side of the road is encroached by fruit vendors.
So this is total mismanagement by the corporation ( by leaving malba in between the road ) & also of Delhi Police ( by not removing these fruit vendors who hv encraoched )
It seems that now these Govt authoritires are immune to such things as very barely & raely they work for Public !!!
Can we expect any action on this

It is again noticed that there is heavily traffic jam on the road leading to Goenka and Bhatnagar International school as the visitors and staff of these schools are parking their vehicles on the main road. But still no action has been taken by the Delhi Traffic Police. Previsouly also it was suggested that this area should be declared as Tow Away Zone and No Parking and No Waiting. The visitors and staff of these two schools can park their vehicles in the school premises as these schools have lot of space for inside parking. During peak hours i.e. Opening and Closing time , there is massive traffic jam. Someday someone may die due to delay in getting medical treatment. This should be brought to the notice of higher officials of Delhi Traffic Police. If the vehicles are parked in one line that is o.k. but they are parking the vehicles in three to four lines.

We are student of J.J.Colony,Metro Vihar, Holambi kalan,Delhi. sir we want to your kind attention of crime activities in our locality here is some people involve in bad activities like Alcohol selling without licenses every street in our locality. Its a big problem here and this effect directly on our children and students mind. In this bad activities some police man also involve for earning some black money, so it is our humble request to you that please take action as earlier as possible.

Sir, I was driving to my home near adambakkam and i got a call from my father about the status of payment, then i continued driving my bike at 20 km/hr and suddenly the police hit me very hard at the back..i asked him what did i do..but he continued beating me very hard..then he took me to the police station nearby..then he asked me why I was driving the bike while talking...then also he did not stop beating me...Other than talking on the phone while driving thru the corner of the road...i did not hit anybody....My question is does the police have rights to beat unnecessary and with whom I can file a case against the police...please assist how the common man can take action against police unjustice..

I have been in Pune from last 5 years, I enjoyed my every day in this nice & nature lovers city. But yesterday MY dreams of continue in this City for lifetime shattered, in start I can conclude this might can be happen anywhere but as of now I am one soul which have no faith in system & my dream of Pune as Punyanagri had gone, washed , pierced....My yesterday evening horror as goes :

It is same evening as any other since 2 & half years I had spent in Hinjewadi IT Company, I left Office premises around 8.15 PM , join my frind who is coming from other big IT name on his Bike we start heading towards Aundh as usually we did in this way, First he drop me in Aundh then move back towards his flat in Pimple Gurav.

We are talking & enjoying Pune weather, everything we love about city we are discussing. We stopped in Vishal Nagar for Medicine my friend had severe boil on his knee after that we are discussing about the day we spent in our respective office. We reached Rakshak Chowk, Rakshak Chowk Signal is green for us we are speeding around 30-35kmhr suddenly one car from other side took right turn towards Pimple Gurav (In spite of Signal is RED from them and on top of that right turn is not allowed from other side towards Pimple gurav) We have put brake with high thud sound somehow we manage and didn’t hit that car.

Now worst part start in my life....

We stopped and just said “Kya bhaii kidhar dekhar kar chala rahe ho” Don’t you have senses...Suddenly they start shouting on us we said what happened you made mistake now shouting after this one guy on front seat open the door and suddenly thrashed my face with big blow, I was like what to do I argue why you are hitting us then driver seat guy came out and start shouting “aur ladke bula aaj inko batate hain Gaoon vale se pange lene ka kya matlab hai” he grab my collar still my friend is politely asking them to leave us & let us go , I was shouting Police -Police ,usually at that square there are around 3-4 traffic guys always sitting with 1-2 Policemen’s ,they parked their car from middle of road to sideline and start beating me they slapped me 2-3 times hit hard on my abdomen,broke my glasses , torn out my shirt, they pushed my friend hard as he had boil on his knee he couldn’t walk properly and this all is happening in front of all those Traffic Guys & Policemen came after my shouting ,once they beaten me torn me out they left ,policemen, traffic guy just smiled (There are 3 traffic guy in front of them all this happened , one lady constable & 2 gents constable, One policemen on bike came and said go to home ) I raised voice that I didn’t raise my hand as I don’t want law to broke pls. catch them, they said go to police station and launch a FIR I said you are here in front and seeing everything still you want me to go Police station , can’t you caught them ...in the meantime they flew from place & lady traffic constable proudly said we note down the Car number you go Pimple saudagar police chowky and launch complaint , other two Police guys smiled I asked their name then they also start moving away I was stand there with Torn shirt and bruises on my chest and my lone friend who is feeling as he is responsible for all this....

Till that time I still have faith, I asked my friend drop me in aundh & go home. I change my clothes and start calling 100 number response was, we cannot do anything please call Chaturshingi Police chowky, I called Chaturshingi Police chowky their response was Rakshak chowk is not in their Jurisdiction call Sanghavi Police chowky , I called Sanghavi Police chowky , one lady replied come here we will look I said I am beaten up , have no vehicle to come their can you pls lodge complaint on ph. , I’ll come in the morning they said no please settle and forget.

In the end I was in my home my soul was shattered and my wife is weeping seeing my state that torn out Physically as well as Mentally.

Is asking someone that please follow traffic rule , please look around or you will kill us will cost such a shocking thing to me I wouldn’t do that , traffic police who always Pop up when they have to check our vehicle or everyone knows have to take money legally or illegally was standing, smiling on our condition.

I note down Policeman Name, car number but in the end will anything change after complaining NO it all will be settlement nothing will change. I learned my lesson

I am a resident of B-4 Block, Sector -8, Rohini, Delhi. In our block the ground floor residents of pocket B-4 of all pockets the ground floor residents have illegally occupied the ground area of 4 feet to 6 feet by constructing paths outside their houses and after that they have put flower pots on the road side which they have blocked the road. If they have to plant trees they should plant in there houses or inthe parks adjacent....

I lost my mobile on 24th Aug 2010.
On 25'th Aug 2010 evening i received a call from unknown number to my number and i found out that this guy using my mobile. He told me if you have powers then catch me.

We filed a phone lost complaint on 24th Aug and and i visited to police station again. They are just not willing to take efforts to find that guy, even now when they have contact number of that guy.

They just pass to other office and we have to repeat the story 10 times and in the end they say, at this time (night, at 10) this can't be done. You can contact xyz office tomorrow and when on next day we contact that officer, he says "I am on another location, call me later". When we call again he do not pick calls.

This is how Delhi police works? and i am sure by providing such kind of service make you say "Aapki seva mein, her samay", for what????

My car was rammed into by a speeding motor bike in front of the Orleanpet bus stand in Pondicherry with resultant damage to the rear indicator glasses and the adjoining body of the car. I got to speak to the person responsible for the incident who pleaded guilty and showed his willingness to pay for the damages. After noting his mobile and vehicle numbers, initially I decided to spare him the troubles of an FIR at the police station only to find that he subsequently refused to pay damages or pick the phone. Irked by his response, I finally decided to register a case against him at the traffic police station the next day. I found four duty officers at the police station who listened to my tale and asked me to come the next day to file the case stating that the Head Constable was not available. The situation next day was no different except that the team at the station were three other men in the similar white uniforms. On the third day, I was asked to wait the whole day at the station to register the case only to be told in the evening that the head constable and the SI were busy with a political meeting. Determined to have my complaint registered I went to the station on the fourth day. I got to meet the SI who told me that all the officers who I had seen the other days were police constables and I should have registered the case with them. I was beginning to feel better until he told me to come two days later to register the case as they were busy with the preparations for the Independence Day celebrations. I don't think I need to specify what happened when I got there on day 6.
Now that I can't register a complaint with the police against them, let the readers decide if there is any way out of this anarchy in Pondicherry.

I was driving along with my driver Mr. Upendar Paswan in the early hours of 9th August 2010 to the T3 Terminal at IGI International Airport. At 2.45 a.m. on the extreme left lane my driver stopped the car opposite Centaur Hotel for precisely two minutes. As I pulled out of the lane, Traffic Patrol Mr. Sudhir Singh and his assistant Mr. Ram Prakash on motorcycle no DL1S3032 flagged my car down. He and his assistant informed me that I had illegally / improperly parked my car on the road and therefore I had violated the rules for which he gave me a challan for 'Improper Parking'. When I questioned Mr. Sudhir Singh and Mr. Ram Prakash as to where is the rule or signpost / road marking stating either 'No Parking' or 'No Standing' he admitted that there was none. I also pointed out to him that whereas there is a speed sign of 40 km very clearly on the road divider, there was no signboard whatsoever warning anyone that it was a 'No Parking' or a 'No Standing' zone. Yet he issued me a challan no. 7213 for my vehicle no. DL9CT1830 under Section 122 / 177 for 'Obstructive and Improper Parking'.
This is a very clear case of high-handedness by the concerned persons named above and unnecessary harassment of law-abiding citizens. I therefore demand an explanation from the concerned authorities and also demand an immediate refund of my money with interest charges.

I boarded a blueline bus No. 567 at 3.30 PM on 11/08/10 at south ex .Around AIIMS stop a gang of three women with three untidy children boarded the same bus and got down around safdar jung /sarojani nagar stop .During this period they pick pocketed my leather purse containing Rs. 3960/-,driving licence,two ATM cards, my photograph and postal stamps worth approx.50/-. Kindly investigate and inform me. I shall be highly grateful to you for this act of kindness.

sir/madam,
on 25th july 2010 ,i aditya singh was going back to my home on motorcycle at around 10 pm. i was nearby siddhartha hotel in ranjeet nagar area and suddenly two persons stopped my bike and robbed me my mobile(worth rupees 15000) and snached my GOLD CHAIN on d point of pistol and a knife. i called police control room at same time, but they asked me to come to ranjeet nagar police station next day ie 26 july and when i reached there, they refused to write any F.I.R against my case.

There are no signs for 'One way' or 'No entry' on either sides of fly-over near Appollo hospital near Sarita vihar.The only sign on one side, for those coming from Appollo hospital side and going towards Badarpur is 'no left turn' towards Sarita vihar 'A' block.
There is no sign of 'No right turn' either for those coming out of Sarita Vihar 'A' Pocket gate. But Traffic Police Personnel are regularly challanning cars/bikes going towards Mohan cooperative From west side road or going towards Appollo hospital from east- side road(from 'A' pocket sarita vihar gate).
Coming from Sarita vihar to go to mohan cooperative/Vishal Megamart from under the fly-over(By west side road) is not legal as per traffic police men. They want you to take u turn from Ali village crossing 2-3 Km away, which is very unreasonable.the tri junction at Madanpur Khadar more has been closed and the Metro construction has already made a mess of the area..

i want to log a complaint regarding challan, one day i got challaned by traffic police on hapur chungi and get a challan for not obey traffic rules due to i have crossed red light. when i go to submit the challan at cjm court. some police person stopped me. and want to show us the challan. they told me that they will take some commision to solve ur matter. ke staff ki thodi sharm kar lete hai. main wapis aa gaya kyonki us din papers nahi aaye the phir kuch dino ke baad jab main dubara gaya to waha pe parking ke pass do dalal mil gaye or unhone mere se mera challan manga or bola ke 300 rs charge lagega 50rs their commission and rs 250 for court. unme se ek aadmi amit naam ka tha jiske mouth se daroo ki itni badboo aa rahi thi ke maat pucho... kya hamare desh ka aisa haal ho gaya hai ke aam aadmi khud jakar challan nahi de sakta jis challan ke liye 50rs lagte waha 300 rs lage... is se acha to ye hai ke challan hi na kate or wahi par police wale ko 100 rs de. wo bhi khush. or apna bhi time bach jaata...

please look into this matter...
