I HAVE HAD THE POLICE VERIFACTION FOR THE NEW PASSPORT ON 3 MAY 2010,BUT TILL DATE THE PASSPORT STATUS SAYS THAT THEY ARE STILL WAITING ON THE POLICE VERICATION REPORT.PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.

some 4 months back i got my mobile and laptop stolen,i registered a FIR about such incident in the nearby police station,and i came to know that it is possible to track down a mobile through IMEI no ,but as i can see they took no action even they didnt went to the spot for investigation too,i am wondering what to do ,please help

Tot Lot, between A-165 and A-166 in Gujranwala Town Part-1, was being encroached upon by Building-plan-approver Civic Agency with the connivance of Delhi Police, who, unmindful of MCD's ulterior motives, as coaxed by A-166 (who almost a decade ago, tried to usurp this TOT LOT by opening his private entry from his side wall and with iron-mesh grill around this 'neighbourhood facility') for his personal egoist aspirations, came along after most of men-folk of the neighbourhood had left the area for their work-places, thereby minimising resistance in their illegal wall construction motive, as they had come in full force on emergency - WAR level;

In the process, while public exchequer was being emptied for such illegal mis-adventure by MCD (said to be always short of revenue to provide for not only lacking civic amenities but also for ghost employees), a few neighbourers came around to observe the huge Police personnel in dress disproportionate to the meagre illegal boundry wall construction of just 24 feet in front, only to restrict common use of the residents around this TOT LOT.

This is neither MCD land nor MCD property but essentially what is described as TOT LOT in the area plans. , TOT LOT is essentially a small piece of land, so provided in the original Block lay-out plan, as approved since 1970-71, for common use of the neighbourhood residents only, as they may like;.

Mass resident representations were made to the Addl.DCP North West Mr. B.S.Jaiswal, and ACP Smt. Pratibha Sharma, Model Town, and Sh.M.S.Nehra, SHO Model Town. It was shockingly exposed during our meeting with the above senior police officers that the MCD had made a request for police protection to carry out demolitions and stop encroachments. Contrary to their request, what the MCD did was to indulge illegally in encroaching upon our small TOT LOT through the misuse of the police machinery and trying to encroach upon and illegally take over the TOT LOT by intimidating the concerned residents into not offerring any resistance.

Of course, the police force was immediately withdrawn after proper documents and master plans were shown to them. LET DELHI POLCE (already short of staff) be not mis-utilised for such illegal meaningless ulterior motives of MCD and such others who have incited such executives of MCD;

I am Mohammed Ziyavudeen doing B.E Civil engineering in PSNA College of Engineering & Technology at Dindigul-Dindigul dt-Tamilnadu-India.Actually My uncle(Ahamed Kabir) married last year one lady her name is Fizoon Fathima.she did her college upto 2nd year B-Tech and discontinued on 2008 because of her marriage.Then after that my uncle got one child.after birth of that child they both of them misunderstood.so my Aunty given complaint to the police at Dindigul station.Regarding Dowry they are asking nu..Including me...I am not involving in this matter.but my aunty given my name also like i am the main criminal.In that FIR copy i am the main one to go her home daily and vist my aunty's home continuously at 12o'clock afternoon.But inbetween that time i am having college without permission of our department H.O.D they won't allow anywhere then how can i go their home.And also my parents will not speak with them.i mean my uncle and my aunty.My uncle gave all the documents which he have been sent more things from saudi arabia like cargo and 5lakhs money etc.,to the police S.I-Geetha madam.But that madam got money from us and she didn't remove my name.On that time i had university exams but i didn't got the marks.this time also i am hearing still that case is continuing.In my side there is no support.Because of their problem i got by the police and also still i couldn't able to receive my passport also.No one is supporting for me for anything.still that case is pending.i don't know how i will be relieve from that case.Because of this incident i can't able to do any work even i can't study my current semester i mean its coming on april 28th on 2010.That geetha madam enquired me but she told me to releive you alone but still she is not releiveng.Every one duty is not sincere.In every police station simply they are getting the complaints and easily arrest them without asking any questions.Like the same options happend in my life sir.Enquiry is not at all a problem bt they are getting money and not doing anysteps sir.I request you to take the severe action for that kind of complainer and that madam(

No action against complaints dated 15th of March-2010 of illegal and forcible parking of 8-10 buses by out siders.

Dear Sir.

I, V.K.Chadha, General Secretary of Resident Welfare Association of Bali Nagar, Near ISI Hospital Wall, Delhi-15, complaint against illegal parking of about Eight to Ten Buses belongs not from our colony in front of our houses due to which we face many problems in our free movement and for our own vehicles parking. We made objection several time on parking of these buses but they are indulge in doing this illegal parking uninterruptedly and they are adamant to make it also forcibly.
We expect from the conserned Authority an appropriate speedy action and its maintenance in future.

I am ritika jain D/o Mr. Yatender Kumar jain who is a lawyer by profession. and am a resident of D-65 Surajmal vihar , Delhi-110092 Near Yamuna sports complex and we have been residing at the same place for about 10 years .

we live at first floor and the lady at first floor is a sheer nuisance and disturbs us every second day neither she let us shut off the jaal at our place because of which everything gets messes up at our place when it rains, also she has kept unnecessary things like floor cleaning mats and plants,out of which dirt falls whole day and we have kept eatables , but that lady does not have any zero level civic sense of living and every time she peeps into our house putting our privacy at stake and also she is loud at voice and the whole day she shouts because of which its disturbs us and also last month there was igl gas pipeline was coming at our place and we applied for that but that lady created a problem in installing that because which we had to surrender the pipeline and we suffered a loss of Rs. 5000 which we had give at the time of booking. Also there is a leakage in her bathroom because of which our bathroom sealing is falling and sometimes it falls suddenly that it falls on our eyes which is pretty dangerous , we can even harm our eyes seriously.................... and so on with no end to the list..........................
These are some of the problems, which we are facing.................
we tried to have a friendly talk with these people but every time there was no outcome....................
this has become a a daily routine of ours we also had word with other neighbors also but the result was same........
please help us out in any manner.........................

I had parked my car today at a place near Axis bank, B 6 , Lajpat Nagar II. The place where the car was park was neither a main road nor a congested lane nor in any way which can be considered any hindrance to any one what so ever. The car was parked on a side where large number of cars are always parked along the kuchcha broad lane under the under-construction metro line between Lajpat Nagar & Defence Colony. There were many cars parked there as ever, as I regularly visit the bank and park my car there. There is no other parking area nearby. I am shocked because on the main road in front of the bank there are cars parked on both sides but the traffic police find nothing wrong in that even if they obstruct the flow of normal traffic. Only reason I can possibly imagine that why my car, out of so many cars, was picked up is that the crane chaps found it easy to tow.
Not only I had to dish out Rs 300.00 for challan despite no fault of mine, but lot of time and harassment I had to undergo despite my health not permitting.
I am a senior citizen with a artificial hip joint in one leg and a plate in the other leg.
I had no clue initially as to what happened to my car as no one was able to tell me that the car was picked up by a crane. A shocking experience. I wish that Delhi Police mend their ways and not resort to such act of harassment to the citizens. This kind of act on their part only shows their keenness to fill the pockets of Gov't of Delhi & their own regimental funds and pleasing their seniors in achieving their targets of collecting money which should logically be termed as illegal.
I wish I had a facility to photograph the area where I had parked my car. I did give a suggestion to the Traffic Inspector,( who visited road side Challan vend of Delhi traffic police at Shriniwaspuri, possibly to find out how much funds had been collected till then) that each crane team should be given a camera and they should take a snap of the parked vehicle before picking up the same and also inform nearby shop, home or vendor that they have picked the vehicle.

I would like to report an accident that occurred to me while driving on Mount Road between 11.20am and 11.30am on Monday, 25th January 2010. I was in my Maruti Zen car with my sister and my 4-year-old nephew, who are just in India visiting from out of the country.
Please take the time to read this report.
On the right side of me was an MTC that was already being a nuisance to the traffic. I was trying to avoid this bus but because of the natural flow of the traffice, at one point I was on the left side of this big bus. Now, I was not expecting this big bus to make a sharp turn directly into my car. The bus driver clearly did not indicate this move obviously did not use his review mirror to see if there was any obstructing traffic.
So now I am a victim of reckless driving by yet another government bus. My mirror was crushed and before he came any closer, I had to roll down my window and bang the bus with my bare hands so that he would hear that he crashed into someone – of course he did not hear me honking the whole time even before he hit me. Please also remember that I had a very young child in my car and if the had come any closer, we would have been in physical harm
I stopped my car in front of the bus, hoping to get the name of the bus driver. But three Policemen on the side of the road told me to come over to the side. I was very relieved when I saw these policement because I thought at least they will protect an inoccent civilian and execute some justice.
Much to my dismay, the three policemen, all on separate 2-wheelers, did nothing and only let the bus driver go scott-free without so much as to even take down the number of the bus. I was shocked and apalled, getting out of my car to question the policemen if they were going to do anything. They totally ignored me and I felt violated and ashamed for them. My only regret is not taking down the vehicle numbers of these 3 police numbers to report them.
With my sister and 4-year-old nephew in the car, I had to take it up into my own hands to chase this bus to at least get down his registration number, route number and route.
Finally further down the road, I saw another policemen who did help me. And he instructed me on what to do. If only the 3 policemen earlier had done this, I would have felt more protected by the police in the city.
If I am being very honest, I don’t expect much from these governement bus drivers. My real shock was the three policemen who did not help me. I will not let this die down quietly, because I think the responsibility of the police is to respect and protect inoccent civiians.
I will not pay for my damaged mirror and expect it to be reimursed by either the bus driver or the MTC department and I hope that the Police will consider even this small offense seriously.

I would like to do complain againt delhi traffic police named- Kalyan Sahay & Sub Const. Sharabjeet/Sharanjeet. On[protected] we were going by our bike (DL4S AK 2820) from chandiwala to aashram and at kalkaji mandir stop they stopped us & cut a chalan of Rs 100/- (chalan desciption - chalan no- not able to see, only one thing we can read - Deepak Sehrawat, MM Traffic, Saket Control Room no. 1,M.B.Road, New Delhi) by saying that u break the red light without listening a single word from us but actually we didn't break the red light rule. and when we said that we will complain against u both then they said please don't do that, kalyan sahay said i m going to b retired why to do complain & another one said "bakwas mat karo jaao jo ukharna hai ukahr lo, chalo niklo yahan se". I just want to ask from delhi police that is delhi public are in safe hands??

My bike PULSAR 150 CC was stolen from the very very posh area of saharanpur (u.p) infront of the parshvanath plaza near bharti diary in daytime 1:30 pm afternoon .
The very strange thing is that in every 20 days there was atleast 1 bike or scooter got stolen from the same point or location. i file the FIR but police did nothing. there was unnumbered complaint about stolen of vehicles from the same point.
some people said " police should also be included in that" so I request you that this was not an issue of only 1 bike but of many hundreds of peoples who have lost their vehicles from the same point/location . & of the Image of the police. and people lost their faith on police.

I am Mahesh Ramachandra, residing in Dodda Banswadi, Bangalore. Today (23 Dec 09 )around 10am I got a threating call from Mr Manjunath who is my relative (My father;s second elder brother's first son). Fortunately/Unfortunately in also working in Police Department in Nelamangala Taluk, Thamgondala station. Every now and then my father is getting harassed by him and his family member, even it gone to extent where once he also hit my father and when we went to complaint against in him Hostoke Taluk Police Station, his father request my father not to complaint, if we do that it will affect his service record. Thus we kept quite, but now it gone beyond limit of threating to hit and slaughter my mother and family members

Today, he called home on our landline and spoke to my mother around 10 am and threated that he will come here and hit all my family member and even he also said that he have the capacity to slaughter us because he has contact all local rowdies to do this.

After this I called Control room (100) on this and they have said to do fomal complaint against him. Where I will personnel visting Bangalore commision office to lodge a complaint against him.


I am afraid, because my mother will be alone at home as we all go to work and my father will be going village very often alone to take care the paddy field. Thus we are worried he may do some to my family member when they are alone.

While we were returning to our home in BabusaPalya after the last movie show from innovative theatre, Marthahalli, we were stopped by two police constables who were on duty after we crossed the Marathalli bridge on the outer ring road (later we learned that it is called Karthik Nagar checkpoint). One constable asked for the documents and I showed him the Driving license. After another constable took over and he was told by first constable that the DL has been verified and the RC book is to be verified. (This constable will be referred to as constable(X) in this letter hereafter.) We showed the RC book which was along with a bunch of other documents. The constable(X) was standing next to me, so he moved backward to see the license plate to verify the vehicle number against the vehicle number mentioned in the RC book. The constable(X) asked for the insurance document. To which I replied that he doesn’t need to see them, only the Traffic police is authorized to demand and verify the certificate. The constable(X) replied that he is Police and he can demand all documents. The constable(X) refused to return the bunch of documents even on repeated asking. On asking an explanation as to why the documents are not returned, the constable(X) refused to do so. We finally had to call the police control room. Since we didn’t know what is the exact area is called I tried to give some landmark. I wanted to give the name of the constable(X) for tracing the spot easily. So, we asked the name of the constable(X) but he refused to tell. He had a jacket on so we couldn’t see the name badge. I asked him for the identification, but the constable(X) refused to give. The person from the control room told us to give the mobile to the constable(X) but he didn’t talk to person from control room. While arguing the constable(X) showed his fist to my wife and brought his hand inches away from my wife’s face, as if he wanted to hit her. He also showed her the stick he was carrying. The constable(X) talked on the walkie-talkie and said that there are persons here who are trying to create disturbance. When again we had called police control room (we had called the control room around four times), the constable(X) agreed to take the phone but I couldn’t understand what he talked on the phone. We had already given the name, address and mobile number, so we told the constable(X) that we are not required at the spot, since we had already given him all our contact details, but he refused to let us go. First he held the handle of my two-wheeler so hard that my two-wheeler wouldn’t move further. After that he tried to grab the key of the vehicle. I took the key out but he tried to snatch the key from my hand with all his power. He pulled the key so hard that the keychain broke and part of the keychain was left in his hand. My wife saw the part of the keychain in the constable(X)’s hand and thought that he has taken keys from me. She asked the constable(X) to return the key but the constable refused. At this point my wife took walkie-talkie from his hand and told that he has to give the keys back or she will not return the walkie-talkie. In utter frustration she threw the walkie-talkie away. After that one police car arrived. One constable got down from the police car and told me very rudely to leave my bike and sit in the police car. When there is a man and woman together the police can not tell them to separate in this way. There were other constables who arrived in the car also shouted at us. There was another constable who got down from the car talked to us properly and said that we have to wait for another officer to arrive. We had already spent more than an hour when another car arrived. One person in the white shirt and police uniform got down and started asking the constable(X) what happened. The constable lied that we refused to show the documents. He didn’t mention that he tried to hit my wife, physically handled the vehicle, that he had struggled with me to snatch keys from my hand or that he had broken the keychain. After that the white shirt officer started taking my video where I have described everything happened till then. This video should be available in police records. Around this time I asked my wife where my mobile is in our mother tongue. I also said that the mobile was given to the constable to talk in my mother tongue. All this conversation happened in our mother tongue Gujarati. Later the inspector told us that the constables are saying that we accused the constable of stealing the mobile. I replied that we talked in mother tongue, and how is it that they understood that we accused him, when they didn’t even understand a word of what we spoke. The white shirt inspector told us that it is the constables’ duty to check the documents. I told him that DL and RC book were verified. I asked him if he is supposed to demand the insurance document, to which he did not reply. The white shirt inspector told us to come to the police station and leave the vehicle behind. At this point another senior inspector arrived and asked what is happening to the white shirt officer. I have to refer to the person as white shirt inspector because he didn’t tell his name or his designation. All the time not a single police person told us their name and designation while starting the talking. The white shirt inspector started with saying that we refused to show the documents. I tried to explain but I was cut short. When I got the chance I told him that the constable even moved to look at the license plate at which the white shirt officer told me that he has to do that to verify. So I told him that the constable did verify the documents. The senior inspector asked us to show the documents again and I gave all the documents and they verified that all documents were in order. He suggested we compromise and not press charges against each other. We were held for around two hours by now so we agreed. We went to the HAL police station. One constable who had talked with us properly told us we should write an apology letter mentioning some misunderstanding or miscommunication and the other constable will do the same. We were told that the letter written by the constable(X) will not be used against us in any event. We suggested that we write all the details and add in the letter at the end that we are not pressing charges. But we were advised that it will look like complaint against constable(X). We wrote a letter in English in which we omitted all the details and only mentioned misunderstanding. We submitted the letter in the police station. After that we saw the letter written by the constable(X) and asked what was written. He had narrated whole incident but added that he didn’t press the charges. This letter is the addition to the letter we submitted in the police station. This letter in no way contradicts the statement we gave earlier, it merely adds the details and maintains that we don’t want to press charges as verbally agreed. Only after submitting our letter we were told that the name of constable (X) is Head Constable Gangadhar.

The point I’m trying to make here is that, just because the officers are in uniform, does this give them any right to manhandle the public and others’ private property? Don’t we as tax payers, have any right to question our officers. Do we have to succumb to their brutality every time???

I was going to home from my office i was at west vinodnagar suddenly balram head constable and another constable stoped me and they said to me that i crossed the redlignt while at time was green lignt. they demanded 500 hundred rupees of bribe for leave me they threatend me that otherwise they will made a challan of elven hundred rupees. when i asked about why they are making my challan of elven hundred
now they start misbehave with me and beat me, i called to 100 number. Pcr came and but both traffice and PCR police officer threatend me that they will send to me jel. then they drive away me from incident place.

Respected DCP Traffic,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I was wrongly challaned today for 'Tinted Glasses', while I was on my way to New Delhi Railway Station.

As provided in Rule 100 of Central Motor Vehicle Rules 1989, the glass of windscreen and rear window of motor vehicles should have a visibility of at least 70% and that of side windows a minimum visibility of 50%.

My car has tinted glasses of type - No. 30 of Garware company, which conforms to the traffic rules stated above. The Traffic police constable, when given this explanation, told me that for a week they have to challan every vehicle with tinted glasses, irrespective of the amount of visibility. And further, he told me to remove the film within a week.

I have been using my vehicle with the film for the last two and half years without any qualms. If there have been any change in the rules concerning tinted glasses lately, please let me know of the same. Also, please clarify the authenticity of the traffic constable's claim in the paragraph above.

I am a broad band connection holder with a land line NO.[protected](Under mamood exchange in Kottayam district) and Mobile No.[protected]. It has been 20 days, my broad band connection had been disconnected. I have intimated the authority about the complaints. But till this time, they haven't repaired the same. Hence, I would like to request you to cut down the monthly charges since the broadband facility has not been entertained by me or the current BSNL broadband connection may be disconnected for ever. I do not like to continue with your connection. Hence speedy steps may be taken at the earlist.

On 2nd november 2009, at 7.40 pm, i was on my way to my office. Near GTB hospital red light, two policeman Mr. Arun kumar and Ashok kumar stopped me saying i violated the traffic rule by crossing the red light, but actually i crossed the orange light. On my requesting they said u violated the rule u have to bear the challan. They charged me Rs. 100 fine for the offence which I had not commited. I request the concerned person to look into this matter and take some neccesary action.

Earlier I only heard tht delhi police can be sold.But after the incident happened with ourself I am dead sure delhi police is of no use.They can do anything even for 5000 rs or for liquor bottle.Delhi police is the owrld cheap police our india can never be like foreign countries.Delhi police is never br ther ewhn you are in need...Corruption is worst thing but i will pray to god tht one day they will be treated as sin..Let me tell you one more thing frds i[censored] want to get change of statement against you just offer small money...They are beggers.....
