[Resolved] Delhivery — Bad Service (Intentional Delay) by Delhivery | |||
I had ordered Moto G2 second generation from FLIPKART on 24th October 2014 and the same was dispatched by FLIPKART on 25th October 2014 itself through its partner DelhiVery. The product has reached its Mumbai Hub (Which is in Andheri East) on 26th october 2014 itself (image attached) but still the product has not been delivered. The delivery address is just 4 to 5 kms away in west side of Andheri. I contacted them yesterday and they gave me a lame reason that due to festivity load, they cannot deliver and will take 2 to 3 more day. Why the hell do they have to take orders then. If then order has reached them on 26th, why not deliver it. It dose not make any logical sense. Boo Delhivery Boo Flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |||
