Delhivery — Complaint against the office staff | |||
Awb no:[protected] Hi sir Myself Ravindra chowdary. I got received a courier from Icici bank through dhelivery. While i track the parcel, the parcel was dispached on 8th october and has reached the hub on 12th of October. Today is 14th of october. I went to the courier office to collect the parcel and ask for the same to the concern person . The person is so rude for no reason and saying you have to wait 2 more days for the delivery, i asked i myself came to the office and to handover to me. For that he said we didnt open the parcel bags, we dont have workers here to open, if you want the parcel arrange some delivery boys to me later we will deliver. He was so rude not only in this instance. Since i am into business, from ecommerce sites i keep on getting parcels in dhelivery. Not a single time they didnt deliver the product at my door steps. All the time we went to the office and collected the parcels. Each time we are facing hard time with this person. He is so rude with the customers and taking some unparlimentary words with the customers. Please take some action on concern person. Else the dhelivery courier reputation is going down . Since 2 months kandukur (our location) deliveries are gone worse due to the staff misbehave. Thanking you. I just shared the AWB number with you guys.
