[Resolved] Delhivery — Delivery rescheduled without my consent | |
I have ordered a product via Reliance Digital which is being delivered by Delhivery. It has taken them to 3 days to cover a distance which in reality takes less than 1 hour. The product has gone from Point A to Point B and back to A. I have been getting notifications of delivery being rescheduled even though I have not personally done anything in this regard. I have raised multiple complaints on their request, but I have not received any reply. Further, there is no way to get in touch with this courier service via call. Horrible service. People should stop ordering products from websites that ship with this company. I am yet to receive my product and any information regarding the same.

Horrible service. My order was placed on 3rd June, 2022 with the tracking I'd: [protected] and has not been delivered till now. It was sitting at the delivery center nearby for the past 7 days and yesterday on 12th after multiple attempts at contacting them and availing no response. Without my consent they have rescheduled my delivery date. I am very sure even at the given date(today 13th June, 2022) i am not going to receive my product as they have changed the estimated delivery date four times. Not only that another product i placed is not even showing up for tracking on their site.
