Delhivery — False claims of consignee not at home & non delivery of consignment thereof. Tracking No. [protected]

Please be noted that we were at home, Dibrugarh, Assam, on 08 & 09 Oct 2021.
No delivery agent came to our home on both of those days mentioned for delivery...but instead they are entering false remarks of "consignee not home/available" etc.

Please ensure delivery of the parcel.
It should not be returned back falsely claiming of we not being at home.
