Delhivery — Parcel Delivery Issue: Return to sender | |
I ordered a washing machine from Amazon.in on 7 October 2021. It was shipped on 8 October 2021, via Delhivery with Tracking ID[protected]. I kept tracking the courier as it was reaching the nearest hub. The courier reached the nearest hub and without any reason, it is being sent back to the origin. Can anybody let me know why it is being sent back?? Was this information helpful? | |

Delhivery is such a liar. They put delays by themselves and put them on customers. I just saw an update on Amazon stating "Delay delivery on customer request". When did I request them to delay!!! At least they should ask before delaying it. If I ordered something, I could have picked it up from their delivery hub. But who will inform the customer?
