[Resolved] Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — courier not received, no status update since 7 days | |
My package that was parceled from pune to my home town and is stuck at a place 5 hours away from my hometown that too since the 7th of july. Something which was guaranteed to be delivered in 10 days has taken 20+ days and still no clue where my parcel is? Not getting any particular information about my parcel so that i can go and collect it at that place. Was this information helpful? | |
Jul 16, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Mail sent to customer support helped and they escalated the matter.
Through which i got my package within 72 hours Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
