I ordered a HP Laptop from hpshopping.in. On 13th July 2018 they dispatched the item from Patna, Bihar through Delhivery Pvt LTD. The destination is Chapra, Bihar which is 82 km from Patna. First the parcel was sent to their Gurgaon Hub & when I asked they said that our every parcel first come here for scanning and other formalities. It reached their Gurgaon hub on 16th July 2018. Now today is 18th July 2018 and status is showing it is still at their Gurgaon hub. Whenever I complain to them they reply give us 24 to 48 hrs. Was this information helpful? | |||||
