[Resolved] Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — delay in return pickup | |||||
My awb no:[protected] I bought a tricycle from paytm and my return pickup was supposed to happen on 18 oct 2018 by delhivery but still nobody has come for pickup and when i called they said it will be picked up by 24th oct 2018 by 8pm.. But when i checked using my awb tracking number on delhivery site it says in the remarks column that the consignee was not available on 18th oct as well as on 24th oct where as nobody came for pickup.. Now they are not taking my calls and i dont know how to return and get refund for the product. Please help me resolve this as paytm also is not responding to my mails.
