[Resolved] Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — mattress ordered via amazon website | |
I ordered a mattress from the amazon website and the delivery date for the product was 02nd nov. I called on 1st nov to make sure the product would be delivered. Customer service at amazon said it would and assured me. I waited till 3rd midday and then called the amazon customer care again since the product was not received. They asked me to wait for 24-48 hours more since product is in transit. I once again waited. On 5th I called to check and it was mentioned that the product would be located and delivered. Amazon and the courier company don’t have any idea where the product is and I have literally been calling everyday and update is same to wait for 24 hrs. Cannot amazon track and support its customers instead of the customer being made to to run from pillar to post. Frustrating experience:( Was this information helpful? | |
