[Resolved] Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — orders not being picked up

The courier company is utterly useless.

My location is mumbai - 03, a central location, near crawford market surrounded with logistics teams.

I have nearly 6-7 orders pending for dispatch with them.

There is no response from snapdeal or delhivery in this regard.

Orders are getting cancelled and this is bad for business.

The service center is also useless. There is no way a vendor / seller can approach the team for any clarifications.

I need my orders to be picked up.
