[Resolved] Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — parcel getting extremely late | |
Airway bill no.:[protected] This parcel was picked up from my house on 1st july 2020 and still it is not delivered to the delivery location. I tracked the parcel on 23rd july 2020 on the website of delhivery it shows the parcel is in transit and the last updated date of the parcel is 6th july. I registered serveral complaints and sent several emails to the delhivery customer care but everytime they told me to wait some more time and One of the customer care executive told me that my parcel is non-traceble (Please refer the attachment). The parcel was containing a airtel wifi hotspot amounting to rs. 2999. Please register complaint with the company to deliver or pay me the amount (Rs. 2999). Was this information helpful? | |
