[Resolved] Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — pathetic service from delhivery team | |||
Placed an order from amazon and was about to be delivered on july 27th 2020. But since the order reached early it was about to be delivered by 23rd. Received message for the same but was not attempted. The next day again received message from amazon about delivery. Got a call from agent and he refused to deliver that day because they had no vehicle and asked to come and collect it in person. I denied since it’s a door step delivery and he said he will check and updated a wrong status about delivery attempt. Again on saturday got an sms about delivery. The agent called and said he can’t deliver since they have only bike. And later the status was updated as retiring to seller. I don’t understand the problem here. It was promised to be delivered at door step but with wrong status updates and their disability to deliver, they returned it. Is this how you treat your customers and just return their parcels when you are don’t have vehicles to deliver it? Such a pathetic experience. Was this information helpful? | |||
