Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — refusal of delivery and issues with delivery faced | |||
I ordered a product in flipkart on 29th october and it was handed over to delhivery india pvt ltd for logistics. The tracking id of the package provided by delhivery is awb[protected]. The courier is from delhi to bangalore and started the transit on 29th october. 31st it reached bangalore and i got a message that the shipment is out for delivery. However by evening i got a message that it was undeliverable due to the reason i have rescheduled the delivery. The next day the same thing happened. Both the days i called the delivery guys number and it was switched off. No one has contacted me regarding delivery and i havent requested for any reschedule. I contacted the delhivery customer care and the response provided by this is pathetic. I was holding the call for nearly 30 mins to get the line connected to the customer care agent. At last yesterday i requested for self pickup however the address mentioned for thee self pickup is wrong and doesnt exist. This address was provided by the customer care agent as well as in the website. Till now i havent received the package. There was another courier bearing awb number[protected] which is also been shipped with delihivery. I got the message that the courier has been delivered to me however i havent received. Without delivering the package the staatus wasa updated to delivered and i donot know where is my package now. This service is very pathetic and i am planning to cancel my order itself.
