Delhivery — Tata cliq online delivery

Updated by Hazeline Philips Purchased product Rangriti Navy Cotton Woven Pattern A Line Kurta from order no[protected] was not delivered at my door step by the delivery boy. I was made to walkout of my home and take delivery from the boy. He insisted to meet me out of my society gate. Inspite of prepaid delivery this is very poor service and a laid back attitude shown by your employee. He was being not at all co-operative and was adamant that I should come down to collect. No value for money as delivery has to be collected from the delivery boy and not left at my door step. There is no indication from the delivery company or Tata cliq that delivery will not be made at door step.
