Dear sir I have purchase one dell laptop on 10/08/2014 and provided a cheque of rs1299/- for extra one year complete warantee under back to college offer, but when my laptop gone faulty, dell computers helpdesk is not supporting to resolve the harddisk problem and os not loading problem till date Sbi cheque no 475637 cleared on 05-sept-2014 amount rs1299/- by rwp associates of dell comphuters Dell laptop service tag no 8k95hz1 Also emailed the problem several times.
