Dell — Defect in LCD Panel | |||
Hi! I am writing to you from India on account of the manufacturing defect of my Dell Inspiron Laptop. I bought this system in 2013 and its warranty expired in 2014. Now i saw change in colour at the bottom of my display screen. In order to rectify i called the customer care centre in india and according to them, the display screen has gone and has to be replaced which would cost Rs. 7000/-( Rupees Seven thousand only). I feel this is a bad deal. Infact i am using a system from 2009 of Lenovo which is still going good as far as the hardware is concerned. I consider this defect purely as a case of of inferior parts and would like to raise this issue as a complaint which needs to be redressed at the earliest. I want either the display to be repaired or replaced and resolve this complaint or else i would be forced to approach suitable authorities for justice. Good day Was this information helpful? | |||
