[Resolved] Dell — Dell back to college offer promised levis voucher not received | |||
Hello I just purchased a Dell laptop and there was an offer that if i pay them Rs. 1299 i would get a Levis shopping voucher as sms to my phone within 3 days and a head set couriered to me within 10 days of bank DD clearance. Also they claimed to give 2 year additional warranty. So i sent the documents to their address: RW Promotions Pvt Ltd No : 24, 1st "A" Main, 7th Cross(Opp. to TVS Showroom), Vignan Nagar, Bangalore - 560075 Ph:[protected] On July 28 i got the message from them saying that the DD has been cleared and they will send the Levis voucher code as SMS to my phone within 3days. I was also paid them RS.1299 through cheque, they were contacting me till cheque getting cleared, after cleared the cheque they were stopped to contacting to me and reply on email too. Their mentioned number always getting engage. Its fraud company. We should lodge a complaint against that company. problem in showing the memory card & pen drive
