I have purchased a laptop (dell inspiron 3551). shocked that doen't have dvd drive and lan port. it came with upuntu.. i was trying to install different OS .. but, not able to install. then i finally i left with upuntu. but, it is hanging when play movies and also while working in something. i really disappoint. flipkart is not taking that laptop. worst response form support. Dell service center at Hyderabad. Not responding.does not even tell the status of my problem. It is already 10 days since I have given my laptop.. The technical people are irresponsible... They donot bother even to give status
