Dell — Gift Vouchers not received

Hi I am Senthil.m.r from Madurai, Tamilnadu. I purchased a dell all in one on Oct 21 from an dell executive. By that time there is an offer for 3years extended warranty and some gift voucher. When i asked the dell sale person regarding this she said it will be given after 45day. now it is almost 70 days and there is no reply form that executive. Request how to get my vouchers from dell.
