Dear Concern,
1) i have purchased a brand new Dell Laptop for my son's online education purpose.
2) The said new laptop was a defective laptop with speaker and other problems.
3) I contacted Dell and they registered my complaint and the 1st representative confirmed after giving access thru Dell Remote that there is a software problem.
4) Then the 2nd representative told that the sound card is faulty.
5) Then the 3rd representative told me that Mother board is faulty.
6) Then one Mr. Rajiv Kumar from Dell Escalation department agreed to replace the laptop.
7) The said Mr. Rajiv Kumat from Dell EMC department secretly closed my complaint secretly and without resolving my complaint.
8) I have raised my concern to Mr. Michael and Mr. Alok Ohrie as no one was responding to my several emails.
9) It appears that the Dell company anf its senior management are just not bothered about customer grievances and they are playing fraud under the guise of being a top brand.
10) My laptop is covered under warranty and I fail to understand how the senior management who are having full knowledge of my complaint have chosen to remain silent.
11) This is a breach of Trust, cheating committed agaunst me.
12) In good faith I purchased Dell Laptop as they were advertising on TV that they are best in after sales support but they are playing a fraud with Consumer.
13) I have been made to suffer for no fault of mine.
