I purchased a Dell Inspiron 14 5000 2-in-1 a few months back.
I'm very much disappointed with its performance.
The laptop is convertible, yet every time it is changed to a tablet, it hangs and does not respond.
it even stops responding if a certain video is skipped too much in VLC media player.
I tried contacting the customer care, they don't really help much, and i took it to a service center, but the problems still persist.
Dell India provides the worst products and services.

    I Have purchased a Dell Laptop on 03/10/2020 with lifetime MS office validity. After a week use, it shows trial is ending and on reaching the dealer he reinstall the MS office and activate the MS office. Now, two ago i am receiving disclaimer while using MS office application that the product is non genuine.

    I tried reaching the dealer on phone but his number is not reachable and he is not responding to the mails.

      I bought a Dell Vostro[protected] series (8GB RAM 1TB HDD 2GB
      Dedicated Graphics Card) Service Tag no.( 2CHK5Z2), the design of laptop is good.

      But the air cooling system is not working properly, cause of the position of cooling fan( exhaust ) is at back side of laptop...
      when I start/open the laptop the exhaust is close, screen is at 145 Degree then heat was pass...
      otherwise the heat is not pass out!
      pls work on it,
      i hope, you cancel the CD Drive so you can use position of CD Drive for Exhaust fan(cooling fan).

            I bought this new Dell inspiron laptop a week ago and from day one i am facing some or the other issues with the laptop.
            Start, WIFI buttons not working, none of the apps are opening, fan is very noisy, no sound/volume.
            Whenever I contact Dell support they message me some user manual and videos to follow. I spend whole day understanding the user manual and learning from videos and try the fix, still the issue will not be resolved.
            Tomorrow same, they will send me some other user manual and videos. This is happening for a week now.

                      Dell Product Service Code: H76F203

                      As per the information provided by Dell Sales Representative Mr. Kunal (Contact No. [protected]) at the Reliance Digital Store - Ahmedabad One Mall - Ahmedabad on 26 Jan 2021, he informed to provide the Accidental Damage Protection Warranty within Rs.3000/- for 2 years upon registering the product after purchase. Hence, I purchased this laptop on 26 Jan 2021. Now, after purchase and registering the product with Dell, I received a mail from Dell on 30 Jan 2021 showing the rejection to the offer.

                      DELL Registration Reference Number 290121DN506443

                      Further, I escalated the issue with Mr. Kunal and Dell Customer Care, then I received another mail on 5 Feb 2021 stating the revised price of Rs. 6499/- for 2 years.

                      Till date which is almost 20 days since purchase, I am trying to contact the Dell Customer Care through E-mails and Phone calls, but have not received any resolution from Dell.

                      Now, being a customer, I regret to make a decision to purchase a Dell Laptop due to such false information provided by Dell.

                      Please provide me with the ADP Warranty within the committed price viz. Rs.3000/- by your Sales Representative Mr. Kunal (Contact No. [protected]). You may contact him and confirm the same.

                        I bought a dell laptop 2 months ago, since it's new it should perform up to mark but that is not in my case (it, s taking so much time to load MS office and other system apps even i haven't installed anything on this laptop), i have resetted this pc twice but all in vain...

                          I bought Dell laptop from Dell exclusive store Delhi on 25th January 2021 for my daughter, while checking it was found headphone is not working, Dell service complaint was logged and service engineer came to fix the same and changed the card. but couldn't resolve it. it was told by online support team to update the window, at that event it was found that USB port is also not working properly and even not getting inserted. I found the product defective and asked for its replacement. I didn't get proper response from Dell and there is no direct contact where I can call. My daughters exams are approaching soon, I am worried. Kindly Help me to get replacement of my product at the earlies. I am fad up with Dell customer care. Vishambhar Khatri

                            I have purchased a Dell Laptop 16th/JAN/2021 and I liked to take extended warranty, I contacted Dell WhatsApp support team and they sent me one link to register, I registered to that link and I got a message that "Your request has been sent successfully. We will contact you within two business days.", but I did not got any response, again I register but I did not get any response.

                            Then I again contacted WhatsApp team, now they have given one number to call[protected], I contacted 1st time the executive said he is transferring the call to sales department, he did that and after some time it got disconnected. Again I tried again call transferred to sales Team and my call was connected and the executive disconnected without any proper response.

                                  This is a really pathetic service ever by any computer making company. That too a reputated company like Dell started by Mr Michael Dell. This is not the kind of things I have had expected. The laptop I had purchased it in February 2019. Since then it has been giving number of issues right from important parts such as the motherboard, hinges, camera and also some burning cables. Also the stupid onsite engineers which they send are the reason behind the degradation of this laptop. It was a VERY GOOD product intially. But all those stupid engineers destroyed it. I want never recommend Dell to any of my friends and relatives. It is a pathetic brand for laptops. Even after multiple service requests my laptop stays unrepaired. I have reached the pinnacle of my patience and can't really bare more. Requested for a refund they are asking me for a 2 year old invoice which I am not having as of now I am trying to retrieve it so that I will get the refund or replacement or and get out of this ###.
