The short timeline is as follows
1. Online order by me 02 Dec
2. Confirmation email and Invoice from Dell received - 05 Dec
3. E-mail from Dell regarding change of invoice - 08 Dec and confirmation of GST and address
4. Reply to the mail - 08 Dec
Explained that there is no error in the GST or the addresses given at the time of ordering and as reflected in the invoice dated 05 Dec. Requested to deliver product earliest.

STILL NO COMMUNICATION OR QUERY FROM DELL. ALSO THE PRODUCT DELIVERY DATE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL 21 DEC.

NO ACTION TAKEN BY DELL FOR 15 DAYS UNTIL I LODGE A COMPLAINT ON CUSTOMER CARE NO.

5. I write a e-mail again reiterating that there is no change - 21 Dec
in the input details as given during placing order and as mentioned in the invoice already generated
6. Email from Dell again stating fresh invoice will be generated and take more time.-22 Dec
7. I AGAIN write Mail to Dell to expedite - 22 Dec

STILL NO ACTION TAKEN ON ISSUE UNTIL 28 DEC WHEN I AGAIN WRITE A MAIL TO CHECK ON STATUS OF ORDER.

8. Mail from Dell again stating Invoice will be urgently generated and take two to three working days. --28 Dec

AND I AM YET TO GET ANY DETAILS OF PRODUCT DELIVERY AS OF 01 JAN 2021.

THIS IS MOST AMAZING DEALING THAT I HAVE WITNESSED BY A REPUTED COMPANY LIKE YOURS.

KINDLY APPRISE ME ON THE FOLLOWING ISSUES
1. WHY WAS THE MAIL GENERATED FOR CHANGE/ERROR OF ADDRESS/ GST ON 08 DEC AFTER RAISING THE INVOICE ON 05 DEC ?

2. WHAT ACTION WAS TAKEN/ NO ACTION TAKEN TO PROCESS THE ORDER FROM 08 TO 21 DEC20.
3. WHY AFTER NUMEROUS CLARIFICATIONS THE COMPANY MAILS STILL TALK OF RAISING A FRESH INVOICE ON 22 DEC ???? 4. IN SPITE OF CONSTANT PERSUASION AND REQUEST WHY IS MY ORDER STILL NOT PROCESSED AS OF 01 JAN21 A DELAY OF ONE FULL COMPLETE MONTH SINCE 02 DEC 20.

Needless to say that such careless attitude or irresponsible handling of the issue by your company has caused tremendous amount of harassment and loss of face (This was meant to be a gift for the festive season), time and financial opportunity.

I am tired of following up and requesting you to kindly expedite delivery of product as well as compensate for the aggravance caused.

Any further excuses or delays would compel me to cancel my order and lodge claims at suitable forum/authorities.

    Dear Sir /Madam,

    The undersigned had brought a Inspiron 3501 Notebook ( Item Description - D560398WIN9B, i5 1135G7/4GB/1 TB+256/Int/W10/15.6 FHD ) from Sadhvi Computers (Dell Exclusive Store) on 26/12/2020.

    Dell exclusive store additionally provided a Kaspersky Antivirus along with this laptop.
    An addition amount of Rs 1200.00 was charged for the antivirus.
    The details of the Antivirus provided is Antivirus Total Security 1 user 1 year Kaspersky .
    After verification of price of the same product it is evident that Dell sold the product at an abnormally high escalated price.
    Please find attached documents for ready reference.
    I) Tax Invoice from DELL Exclusive Store Chandannagar for Antivirus T/S 1 User 1 year Kaspersky.
    II) Screenshot of online price of the identical product from the Official website of Kaspersky.
    III) Screenshot of the Dell Store installed Antivirus as mentioned above.

    This is a form of cheating and a suitable compensation or money back for the fraud committed should be given to the undernamed person.
    This kind of trade practices adopted by Sadhvi Computer Spoils the Goodwill of DELL.
    If no prompt satisfactory grievance redressal is provided from Dell's end the undernamed can move to suitable consumer forum.

          I have received a new Dell Vostro 3491 in mid Nov 2020 and have been facing problem of display flickering, blanking out and blurring. The tech support and onsite repairs have not been able to resolve the issue and the company representatives have stopped responding.
          I have asked for a product replacement but have not received a response. Its really poor service and no help.

              I gave my laptop to authorised service center for repair and dell rejected my parts replacement.dell is saying that the motherboard serial number does not match with my laptop id.and it belong to another laptop.i asked them to check the serial number of motherboard so they can find where it is sold and can identify what really happened.they said they dont do anything like that and repeated they cant give me warranty replacement.i asked them details of my laptop actual motherbord serial and the one in side now, they said they cant give me any details related to that even its my laptops.i exteneded my warranty in november and after that i gave for service.its their responsibility to check my laptop thoroughly and give me warranty intsead of that they only asked me for an automated test and screenshots now they are not giving me warranty and also any details about the serial numbers and all so that i can file a proper complaint

                I am a government employee and had to purchase a laptop as per company policy. But for reimbursement I need dell exclusive authorisation certificate. At the time of purchase they provide me an expired authorisation certificate and misguided me. Kindly provide me current year certificate so that I can submit in my company for reimbursement.

                    I bought a Dell Inspiron laptop 7570 on 9th Jun 2019 from Croma. in less than one and a half year the hinge has broken twice. apparently when the hinge breaks the screen and the entire keyboard needs to be replaced. and this has happened without my fault.
                    This is a faulty production issue. The first time it happened the dell service providers tried very hard to convince me that it was my fault and I had to really fight to get it fixed. the second time it happened just a week after the warranty expired. I have been trying to get in touch with the service centers on call, email and other ways possible. but I haven't heard from them and they are refusing to even acknowledge me or my calls and the only answer they have is that my warranty ahs expired but dont acknowledge that they sold me a faulty product that keeps falling apart on its own..

                    I would like a full refund or an exchange.

                        I bought a new laptop last year.
                        It is Inspiron 15 -5000 series-CORE i5-8th generation, but the laptop is having a lot of problems. It takes a lot of time to boot and also is slow.
                        I tried resetting my laptop and did it for 2 times already. It works well for a month and again the same problem keeps repeating. Very Unhappy with the product.

                            My laptop model is Latitude 3510(SR Number : [protected]). I have given a complaint regarding the battery is not being charged on 19th of November, 2020. A technician has visited my place to resolve the problem on 21st November 2020. The technician is so rude and negligent that he didn't even checked if the adapter is working properly or not after he replaced it. He didn't bothered to check the battery despite so many requests and he left the place immediately without providing me the solution. It is so sad that a company like Dell has has such worst technicians who don't bother about to check if the problem is resolved or not and behave so rudely with the customer. Please resolve my problem ASAP.

                                Hi Team,

                                i purchased new laptop on 23th of July 2020. After 2 weeks it stopped working. I called the service center they asked to trouble shoot multiple time but no fix. They promised me for laptop replacement and since then till now i am waiting for the same . Whenever i call they tell me that it is in transits and after that no updates. Iam jobless since july because of no laptop. they are not even giving me spare laptop to use or other service as well.

                                      I purchased Dell Inspiron 3584(i3) from Baramati on 25/6/20 and within 2 months it started to slow down. Moreover within a month I faced Bluetooth drive problem. The Service workers fixed this problem but now I cannot find any drive ( D, E Drive ) in my laptop. It is unexpected from such a well known company 'DELL '
