Dell India — Consumer offer cheating

Purchased dell laptop vostro 3510 through amazon on 18th july 2023. at the time of purchasing there was a offer going on in the name of consumer offer june. the offer is 1 year extended warranty plus JBL ear buds for Rs 1998. To get this offer a customer has to register in dell website. so i did it.they aske me to pay rs 1998 i paid it. once received they confirmed on august 22nd and asked me to wait 21 days for warranty extension to reflect and 45 day for ear buds to deliver. I was patiently waited. Days were gone. Bu no response for what they promised. even they removed the link from online in which consumer can check status, but dell started providing new link for next month to continue cheat consumer.

I have been contact the dell consumer offer support team from september- 2023 onwards but till now no response, each time they asking me to send invoice and other proof saying problem will be resolved in 2 to 3 hours, but still issue not resolved. all the time they were saying informed to backend team your problem will be resolved.

it seems dell is doing biggest cheating in the name of consumer offer.
