I purchased Dell Inspiron 16 Plus 7620 Laptopn on Feb 24th and i am facing heating issues and fingerprint issues. These issues are still not fixed

I recently bought dell inspiron 15 3511. The overall specifications are nice, but the colour used on the outer surface gets scratched and gets removed easily. All i wanted to complaint that the outer surface should be more scratch resistant as i am always in care that it does not get scratched....
