Warranty Change from US to India done but no offer for renewal

Dear Sir/Madam,

Talked with Ms Anisha Gupta, who seems away but no one is giving offer for renewal while the warranty is transfered and the documents/photos of the laptop and condition, invoice already mailed.

Upto today, no offer, what to do or else work without warranty.
Laptop is used for home purpose.

Greetings of the day!
My name is Manish Dhawan and I have a Dell laptop of model XPS 13.3 9310 with i7 processor, 32 GB RAM and 1 TB SSD. I also have an extended warranty till April 2024.
I am harassed by the way Dell technical team handed the complaint. The dell higher authorities did not bother to resolve the case. I already mailed many times to the higher authorities but the reply will be given only by the escalation team that the product is purchased from the dell technology from US and need to be sent to the dell US .But I am having following concerns, the resolution provide by the dell escalation is totally biased and not appropriate due to the following reasons.
1. The laptop tag has been transferred to the india it means that it is the duty of the dell technology to complete the service part but unfortunately the did not having same parts and good technicians because all the parts issued to me is different from the earlier one installed in the company fitted laptop.
2. The damaged has been done by the technician itself during the repair. After raising a complain the dell team assured me that they are going to replace the laptop.
3. The dell team already mailed me that they are going to replace the laptop, but denied later on and it means that what ever they committed did not stick to their resolution given to me.
4. Almost one month of conversation with Mr Sridhar they insisted me to fo the repair again and give me one more chance. As per his statement I did what he said but unfortunately it did not work.
5. Now the warranty is going to be over, he informed me to extend the warranty which is on the costlier side. But once the previous warranty terms is not fulfilled by the team then why should I go for the newer one. I did not have faith on the dell.
6. I already mailed to the Board of directors of dell, but no reply has been received yet. So I requested the board of directors of dell in US you to contact me on the below given number or via email.
7. I did not want to the reply from the team in india because they are bounded to the policies and Mr Sunderrajan donot know how to deal with the customer, due to his rude behaviour I donot want to talk to him
The below are the full details of the scenario what happened till date with me, I am very much harassed by the dell team. Kindly resolve the matter immediately I shall be thankful to you.
• Earlier, I lodged a complaint regarding the non-working of the microphone. After the lot of diagnosis run and reinstallation of windows, the Dell team informed me that the microphone is faulty and we are going to replace the whole of the LCD panel, and I agreed to do so as per their instruction.
• However, immediately after changing the LCD panel, the Wi-Fi did not work. The technician who changed the LCD panel advised me to reinstall Windows. I followed his suggestion and again reinstall the windows second time, but the problem of Wi-Fi still not solved. Then I lodged another complaint about the Wi-Fi, the support team again diagnosed the problem and suggested that the motherboard needed to be replaced.
• After one week, the motherboard was changed by the technician and the system worked fine. But after onee week, the palm rest right click stopped responding. I contacted the team again and diagnosed that the palm rest assembly need to be replaced. Then they ordered a new palm rest assembly.
• The technician came with the palm rest and start opening the laptop, the technician who came onsite did not have proper tools for opening the laptop. He start opening the laptop locks with screw driver bit which is the wrong method to opening. Although he open the laptop but while fitting the palmrest, he broke the lock of the motherboard. Then he disassemble the motherboard and start doing the repairing of the motherboard lock. But after some time when unable to solve the problem then he created a dispatch of new motherboard.
• After then I requested the support team to replace my laptop because multiple problem arises in the laptop and due to several times opening of the laptop all the screws and the jacks is loosen up. But the team suggested me that the dispatch of the motherboard has been created so you are requested to kindly replace the motherboard and then if you are not satisfied with the repairing then we will discuss the case with the higher authorities.
• As you are sending your best technician to replace the motherboard; he replaced the motherboard and after replacing the mother board some of the new problem arises: -
• The charging light in the front of laptop did not gives any indication i.e. no light is displayed. Even Charging light is not present and no display in front of the laptop.
• After calling to the technician, he take the old palm rest which is replaced earlier and take out the light from the old palm rest part and also change the antenna of the laptop. So again after complaining he replaced the old parts which must be included in the newer palm rest.
• Also, The system running slowly and lags while opening of the browsers and the screen did flicker
• Dear team, I am suffering a lot from the last one month. Earlier the technician who came onsite did not have proper tools for opening the laptop. Then the experienced technicians assigned but no resolution provided.
• In a span of 20 days, the laptop was disassembled and assembled five to six times. All the locks of the laptop have been loosened up because of the repeated assembly and disassembly.
• Again after the call to the team they bring the old palm rest and take out the light parts from it and reinstall in the newer palm rest and also change the sensor antenna
• Being a loyal customer of Dell and my faith on one of the reputed brands of dell, I have spent Rs. 2.3 lakh on the laptop, which is too much for me. There is a huge loss for me and my organization where I work because without the laptop, I am not able to deliver the lectures to the students and not functioning my work properly. Three or four times the windows will be reinstalled after taking the backup and wastage of time in taking backups.
• Even after viewing my laptop lot of faculty members and students were thinking about to buy the xps laptops. If this type of service and scenario dell provide to the customers, then the customers lost his/her faith on dell. So, I requested you to take a initiative and provide a solution to me. Therefore, I request you to replace the entire laptop. I do not want to repair this one anymore. Kindly give me the replacement of my laptop.

The above mail I sent to dell and they provide me the below response. Please look in to the matter.
• After the complaint the dell team mailed me that they are ready for the replacement of laptop with refurbished laptop, but I denied the refurbished laptop. Then the case has been accelerated to higher authorities after that Mr. Mukesh informed me that the laptop will not be replaced.
• I am mentally harassed by the dell team and also my work is suffered a lot .
• Please help me and take action against the dell technologies and provide me the resolution.

    I bought a Dell Aio and wanted to return the system since the day I received it because it started giving audio problems. I wanted to initiate a return return but I couldn't do it by myself nor would anyone from Dell help me out. Even after calling them out on social media, they would not help me. I've also started to get this terrible pain behind my eyes when I use it. After complaining on the national consumer forum, someone from their Advanced Resolutions team finally called but they would not accept a return without taking a restocking fee. Despite my pleading with them I literally cannot afford the fee which is more than 18 thousand rupees.

    I am so exhausted. I cannot even do anything because the burden of buying this device has fallen on me. I'm worried that the prolonged use of this Dell AIO would exacerbate the pain I'm facing.

    I really do not know what to do.

        A cluster red vertical lines have appeared in the far-right hand side of the screen just above the power button. This seems to be an wide spread issue with the dell monitors from what I read in the internet forums. Dell is refusing to address the concern.

          Delayed shipments and no proper customer service

          Ordered an All-in-One Desktop on 29th December but after payment, I received no tracking information whatsoever. on the website, I couldn’t track using my order number nor get 'order support'.           I have facing some power on issue in my Dell G15 laptop. So I decided to visit Dell service center. They told to replace my laptop motherboard. I will paid 10, 000 and I replace my motherboard and get delivery in sept 20, 2023. Past 10 days I have facing a same power issue also with lagging issue. So I decided to contact Dell technical team, they told me that motherboard warrenty is out. But my motherboard is still in warranty. Unfortunately today is the last of my motherboard warrenty. But they told my motherboard warrenty is out. I have all proof of my service warranty . I have already lost 10, 000 with low quality service. Now they ask for extra amount for repair my motherboard service. I'm really disappointed regarding this issue

              Misinformation about product before purchase and fraud

              On 13/11/2023, I purchased a DELL laptop G15 5530. I was shown placard with specification 14 cores and 24 MB cache and for this specification configuration I purchased the laptop but after the purchase when I checked the properties in the Task Manager, it is showing 10 cores and 20 MB cache only. When I told this to the retailer, they said this is company's fault as they had given wrong placard having misinformation of the product which...

              On 26.09.2023 I reported about screen monitor that got blackened and it was reported to DELL Service Support and the monitor was replaced on 29.09.2023 by DELL service support technician.

              After they leaving [until service time the laptop was running in battery] when it was plugged for AC mains connection the laptop didn't get switched power on and when on 30.09.2023 being Saturday no Dell Support is available.

              I have given an online complaint in this regard. As I totally rely on laptop for the studies as all course materials, test materials etc are available in online mode only. As exams are to start on 8th Oct 2023 gets completed on 15th Oct 2023

              The previous service complaint took three days for completion and immediate next complaint arose. Kindly replace the laptop with a newer such that it doesn't spoil studies.

              Following are queries

              Does DELL India maintain stocks of parts for anything they sell ? If yes why delay in service schedule ? postponing at will If not why they sell those products ?

              Is selling and service practices adopted by DELL India benchmarks to DELL Inc ?

              Why DELL India expresses concerns and repeatedly mentions it has forwarded the complaint to internal team/service team etc, The fact emerges from continuous communication is that DELL India doesn’t possess the part required.

              Do you think any customer will pay and accept that DELL India a MNC company selling inferior products and provides worst service.
              Do justice.

                Consumer offer cheating

                Purchased dell laptop vostro 3510 through amazon on 18th july 2023. at the time of purchasing there was a offer going on in the name of consumer offer june. the offer is 1 year extended warranty plus JBL ear buds for Rs 1998. To get this offer a customer has to register in dell website. so i did it.they aske me to pay rs 1998 i paid it. once received they confirmed on august 22nd and asked me to wait 21 days for warranty extension to reflect...

                I am rahul chikhalkar i have purchase a laptop from reliance digital on 23 july 2023 Dell g15 gaming laptop from there the laptop having a auto shutdown issue. i have complaint to them they tell mi dell service support will solve my issue but.

                  I have purchase a dell 15G laptop from reliance digital 23 july 2023 from i purchase a laptop the auto shutdown this system is faulty i have also inform reliance digital but they tell the dell service center will solve,

                    I purchased the Inspiron15 in Feb2022, After just three months of buying this ### laptop, the hinge broke down and the frame came out of the screen. It took almost two months for them to repair the laptop and that too by constantly poking and visits. Now I am at the USA for studies and again I am having thre same problem (actually even worse). When I am calling the company, they say that you will have to forgo the existing warranty (which I extended by paying these scamsters) and buy a new one after which these frauds will act upon.
                    Take my advice and shut down your fraud company and ### services.

                        Sir, i purchased laptop from dell official site on 24/08/23 and product received by blue dart on 31/08/23. after setups, i facing touch pad lagging issue after then i called to dell costumer care and share my laptop screen online for better resolution after then executive stated that laptop has bios driver issue after then executive updated bios driver.
                        after updating bios by costumer exicutive, green screen error is showing in my laptop and laptop is not starting and showing "stop code- process1_initialization_failed"
                        I am facing more problems in one day while i did not use laptop more than 30 minutes.
                        Dtd on 01/09/23, i called to dell executive for this problem and replacement my product but executive denayed for replacement whereas it has been one day to me while buying this laptop.
                        This laptop has 14 days replacement policy. I also submitted error screen shot/images for proof.
                        So i don't want repair only i want replacement or refund my amount.
                        Kindly help me.

                            I purchased dell inspiron 1503 laptop in July 2021. It is just 2 years now and these time I was handling the product with almost care. Suddenly the screen started blinking and gradually it is not visible at all. I am seriously in despair. Does the product which worths INR 50k last for not more than two years atleast? I wasn't expecting this from dell product.
