Broken stand of new dell monitor with missing screws

Hi..My wife ordered this DELL ALIENWARE AW2723DF monitor on 19th NOV 2022 and received it on 23rd NOV 2022. It was Gift for my Birthday which was on 04th Dec. Got a faulty system, touchpad not working and windows kept om freezing

I received the laptop 10-12 days ago. I am totally satisfied with the product from the 3rd day from the received date.
The touchpad stopped working suddenly.
After 1 day, the touchpad started working somehow, I don't know, how?

Extended warranty and back to college offer

My issue is regarding the extension of the 2 year warranty of my DELL LAPTOP that I bought on 06.07.2022.
The dealer has told me to login to www.dellconsumeroffer.com/backtocollegeoffer, where I can login or register myself and get the warranty extended for another 2 years at Rs. 1, 999.00 and JBL earbuds for Rs. 999.

My name is Neha Gupta & have bought a new Brand Dell Laptop on November 2021. The laptop was faulty and have asked for refund to Dell & Dell is taking a long time just to get the refund processed.

Laptop Dell Not working

Have bought a new Brand Dell Laptop on 16th Dec 2021. 8 days ago. Speakers and Keyboards not working. Have asked Dell for refund.
