Consumer offer cheating

Purchased dell laptop vostro 3510 through amazon on 18th july 2023. at the time of purchasing there was a offer going on in the name of consumer offer june. the offer is 1 year extended warranty plus JBL ear buds for Rs 1998. To get this offer a customer has to register in dell website. so i did it.they aske me to pay rs 1998 i paid it. once received they confirmed on august 22nd and asked me to wait 21 days for warranty extension to reflect...

I am rahul chikhalkar i have purchase a laptop from reliance digital on 23 july 2023 Dell g15 gaming laptop from there the laptop having a auto shutdown issue. i have complaint to them they tell mi dell service support will solve my issue but.

After that the i have call the dell support center n they have dignoses the product from there but the have not solve issue and the issue come again and again so my pc also 2 times OS installed but then also not issue not solve and they send the technician on[protected] he change the mother board but the issue came again this time laptop not started

i am earning my hard money and they are not taking serious from i am purchase this dell laptop the issue come

i am requesting to replace the laptop but they are not taking serious

    I have purchase a dell 15G laptop from reliance digital 23 july 2023 from i purchase a laptop the auto shutdown this system is faulty i have also inform reliance digital but they tell the dell service center will solve,
    from then i am calling dell support team n they have doing some diagnoses but the laptop still the auto shutdown and am telling them to give me the new system but they area not given and doing repair n repair

    am paying a emi from my hard money and they area just ignoring me this issue solve

      I purchased the Inspiron15 in Feb2022, After just three months of buying this ### laptop, the hinge broke down and the frame came out of the screen. It took almost two months for them to repair the laptop and that too by constantly poking and visits. Now I am at the USA for studies and again I am having thre same problem (actually even worse). When I am calling the company, they say that you will have to forgo the existing warranty (which I extended by paying these scamsters) and buy a new one after which these frauds will act upon.
      Take my advice and shut down your fraud company and ### services.

        Your reseller partner Micronix Infosolutions A-3/315 Groud Floor, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi has intmiated about non replacement of my mouse(which is under 3 years of warranty due to the sticker label on bottom of the device is not readable. This is not the fault of customer because how a customer can use it without placing it on any table surface.

          Sir, i purchased laptop from dell official site on 24/08/23 and product received by blue dart on 31/08/23. after setups, i facing touch pad lagging issue after then i called to dell costumer care and share my laptop screen online for better resolution after then executive stated that laptop has bios driver issue after then executive updated bios driver.
          after updating bios by costumer exicutive, green screen error is showing in my laptop and laptop is not starting and showing "stop code- process1_initialization_failed"
          I am facing more problems in one day while i did not use laptop more than 30 minutes.
          Dtd on 01/09/23, i called to dell executive for this problem and replacement my product but executive denayed for replacement whereas it has been one day to me while buying this laptop.
          This laptop has 14 days replacement policy. I also submitted error screen shot/images for proof.
          So i don't want repair only i want replacement or refund my amount.
          Kindly help me.

              I purchased dell inspiron 1503 laptop in July 2021. It is just 2 years now and these time I was handling the product with almost care. Suddenly the screen started blinking and gradually it is not visible at all. I am seriously in despair. Does the product which worths INR 50k last for not more than two years atleast? I wasn't expecting this from dell product.

                    I had purchased laptop from Croma, Oberoi Mall, Mumbai on 26.06.2023 and within 15 days the screen started flickering. During online support, Dell informed me that there is damage to the screen and the same is not covered under warranty. I clarified that there is no visible external damage to the laptop which Dell technician can check and hence it is a defective product. Since Dell didn't agree to my clarification, I remitted Rs 7021/- on 19.07.2023 and there is repeated delay in home visit of Dell technician.
                    I am very disappointed with Dell product and now delayed service.

                      I purchased a laptop from DELL Showroom at Link Road, Arambagh, Hooghly-712601. But unfortunately my laptop is being damaged frequently day by day . Recently just after the warranty period gone my laptop was then broken suddenly in the screen side badly. I repaired that spending a huge amount in the Dell Showroom situated at Link Road, Arambagh, Hooghly-712601. The same thing repeats i.e. at the same portion of the laptop is being damaged day by day frequently. Not only that some keys are also not working continuously. The Service Tage number of the laptop is 4Y9MYM3.
                      I think Just waste of my money through the purchase of the laptop of Dell. I am poor student.
                      So I want Justice as soon as possible.

                        Their laptop has manufacturing flaw their hinge keeps breaking even 4-5 month and it is built such a away that whole screen to be replaced
                        they did replacement 2 times same happened for 3rd time now they are calling it as physical damage what rubbish, this is simply getting away with solution

                            I am Ankit Kumar Saini purchase dell product (Laptop Inspiron 15 3000) on dated 23 Aug 2023. But from the starting product is not working properly. Many times I connect with customer care they only process some setting bios update load defaults etc. not fruitful. After some time touch pad is bad they replaced after many days. Again 1 day blue screen is there laptop dead again I connect customer care they said HDD corrupted...

                            I had bought my laptop on August 7, 2022 from Dell Exclusive Store-Tilak Road, Dombivli. My laptop is DELL G15 5511 invoice no- Aug/025/2022-23
                            Since then I have been continuously having problems with the battery and the laptop would thus not switch on nor will it show charging when plugged to the charger.
                            The same problem has happened numerous times and I have contacted the dell customer service also a number of times.

                            Here is the timeline of the problems that I have been facing:

                            November 2022, I first had the problem where the laptop completely shutdown but it was quickly solved by the technician at the retail store so I thought it was a one time issue.

                            December 2022, I again have the same problem and this time I visited the service center near me in Dombivali. They opened the laptop and repaired it on the spot and so I did not lodge a complaint. They told me that my laptop wasn't updated and that they had done it and that there wouldn't be any problem.

                            22 February, 2023, [case no:[protected]] I have the same problem once again and so this time I went again to the service centre and they lodged a complaint and took my laptop to repair.
                            I got the laptop back a few days later on february 27th and they assured me that the problem has been resolved.

                            30 March, 2023, [case no:[protected]] With the same problem again this time, they scheduled a technician for march 28 which later was delayed to march 30th.Before getting it repaired I spoke to the Dell executive from your company who promised us that if we face the same problem then they will replace the faulty laptop. The technician then came and replaced the motherboard as well as the other parts and assured that the laptop had been completely repaired.

                            24 May, 2023 [case no:[protected]] This is the latest complaint that has been lodged by me when the laptop stopped working once again. I also talked to the dell tech support and they were very unhelpful and couldn't provide a single bit of help.

                            We have an extended warranty over our laptop and thus you should replace the laptop this time and not the parts as I have faced the same issue a number of times and I am tired of running to the service centre again and again.
                            I am a student as well and I need the laptop continuously. This problem causes a lot of difficulties so I hope you will take action quickly.

                                - Went to Dell Exclusive Store (Cyber Point) with a Dell Laptop working rather slowly.
                                - Were told to replace HHD with SSD. The employee then named a price of ₹4000 for SSD + ₹2000 for installing windows (questionable).
                                - The SSD had a storage of 256GB and is of a company called "Silicon Power".
                                - Upon later research, it seems that the SSD costs ₹1500 on the upper end.
                                - It was clear there is something amiss here. When asked for a bill, they respond with silence.
                                - We do not expect any compensation of any sorts since our lack of knowledge is partly responsible. But we intend to simply shine light at the pathetic state of affairs.

                                  I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the repeated issues I have faced with the laptop I purchased from Amazon on October 17, 2022, under order number [Order Number]. Despite my attempts to resolve the problems, I have experienced ongoing overheating and subsequent malfunctions, leading to significant inconvenience and frustration.

                                  On November 25, 2022, just a few weeks after purchasing the laptop, it started to overheat. I promptly contacted Dell support, and their initial response was to update the drivers. Following their advice, I updated the drivers, but the issue persisted. Subsequently, I registered a complaint on December 13, 2023, and Dell support requested I update the drivers again.

                                  February 13, 2023, so they could investigate the issue further and potentially replace the motherboard.

                                  Despite their assurances, the problem resurfaced even after the motherboard was replaced. I registered another complaint on May 4, and this time, Dell support replaced both the motherboard and the LED panel.

                                  I understand that occasional technical difficulties can arise, but the frequency and severity of the issues I have faced with this laptop are unacceptable. I have invested both time and money in attempting to rectify the situation, and the continued malfunctioning of the device has greatly disrupted my work, I respectfully request that the entire unit be replaced. My laptop is still under warranty.

                                    The trackpad is very erratic. The cursor guts stuck suddenly and sometimes starts working within a few seconds and sometimes won't work the whole day. Also when its working the movement is quite sporadic and highly sensitive. It will open the right click options even when not click for. Highly unpredictable behavior. I have complained about it within the first month of purchase but the issue has not been fixed yet. Acknowledging the issue they went for 4 time part replacement after so much drama and also I had to reinstall windows twice. I am after them for replacing the whole system but they just keep saying that they don't SUPPORT "cross-country" system replacement. I had purchased the system in China and when I reported that issue, they told me that the system has global SUPPORT and they assured me incase the issue continues they will fix it until my warranty expires. Now they are deceiving me by saying cross-country ### and so they can't provide me with a new system
