Some keypad buttons like "esc(escape)", "7(seven)" and "right arrow" are not working from 27th december, 2020. these three keys got loosened and slowing stopped working. I think there must be some problem with these keys on the keypad so I kindly request you to repair these 3 keys on my keyboard.

I have bought a laptop on 25.12.2020. Only 5 days past I am facing camera problem. I think this laptop is fully defected

Good evening Sir, It is very sorry say that I have purchased a Dell Laptop 0n 25.12.2020. But only 5 day past I am facing camera not working problem, I have not expected such a poor Laptop from your organization. kindly replace/change LAPTOP as it is defected.

On idulling and on sleep mode following notice comes and system hangs

I have received a new Dell Vostro 3491 in mid Nov 2020 and have been facing problem of display flickering, blanking out and blurring. The tech support and onsite repairs have not been able to resolve the issue and the company representatives have stopped responding.
I have asked for a product replacement but have not received a response. Its really poor service and no help.

I purchased dell laptop in Sep 2020 tag no FWNR203 and it is not working good from first day and technical team also not sort out the issue and after that I replaced it but now dell team not providing me laptop...

I gave my laptop to authorised service center for repair and dell rejected my parts replacement.dell is saying that the motherboard serial number does not match with my laptop id.and it belong to another laptop.i asked them to check the serial number of motherboard so they can find where it is sold and can identify what really happened.they said they dont do anything like that and repeated they cant give me warranty replacement.i asked them details of my laptop actual motherbord serial and the one in side now, they said they cant give me any details related to that even its my laptops.i exteneded my warranty in november and after that i gave for service.its their responsibility to check my laptop thoroughly and give me warranty intsead of that they only asked me for an automated test and screenshots now they are not giving me warranty and also any details about the serial numbers and all so that i can file a proper complaint

I am a government employee and had to purchase a laptop as per company policy. But for reimbursement I need dell exclusive authorisation certificate. At the time of purchase they provide me an expired authorisation certificate and misguided me. Kindly provide me current year certificate so that I can submit in my company for reimbursement.

My laptop speaker is torn

i have purchased Dell Inspiron 3471 Desktop on 10/8/2020 from Amazon via vendor Surabhi Computers, Indore.[protected]

We attached AOC Monitor with and it was working great but now there is no display...Just sign in details are displayed and then it is blank...

I bought a new laptop last year.
It is Inspiron 15 -5000 series-CORE i5-8th generation, but the laptop is having a lot of problems. It takes a lot of time to boot and also is slow.
I tried resetting my laptop and did it for 2 times already. It works well for a month and again the same problem keeps repeating. Very Unhappy with the product.

I have purchased this laptop on Flipkart, it's not yet one month completed. I observed when I charge 100%. this laptop bottom menubar blinking. the edge of the menubar. what could I possibly do please inform Me. ?

When i am playing videos that time screen is showing color on black display. on other colors it is ok but when black frame is coming screen becoming yellowish. i talk to dealer, we checked new laptop same problem was there.Is it a laptop problem. please
