Dell India — Defective products | |||
I have have purchase a dell laptop from micron computer, on 11 june, 2016. The dealer has provided me the defective laptop. The battery is not responding after the system fully charged up and shutdown. When on switched on the system does not respond. I contacted the dell customer care for the issue which i was experiencing. The executive informed me that my newly purchased system is not registered with them so the stand helpless to provide any kind of support to me. The executive asked me to contact dealer for getting your system registered with dell for getting warranty. But the dealer is asking for extra money for getting the newly purchased system registered with dell. Kindly look into the issue and resolve the at the earliest as i have approached the dealer also but he not responding positively.
