[Resolved] Dell India — dell - compuindia cheating during sales | |||
Hello I placed 2 laptops order dell inspiron 3567 i3 6th gen on sep 27th 2017, and the order #[protected], invoice # is[protected]. When i placed the order the website compuindia had included the laptop bag for price tag 36590, see the attached product details pdf that i downloaded on sep 27th 2017 which has bag included for the same price quoted above. Now compuindia and dell both say that order invoice doesn’t include bag pack. This absolutely cheating, they changed the pricing details on the website and now they say its included. I couldnt include pdf but i added screen shot, as this page not allowing me to add pdf Please look into it, people come to dell with a trust but with your partners like this you are losing that trust. Oct 5, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Dell India Customer Support resolved the issue assured me that they will ship the Bags. Dell India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
