[Resolved] Dell India — Dell India Laptop Dell Faulty- Refund not initiated yet
My name is Neha Gupta & have bought a new Brand Dell Laptop on November 2021. The laptop was faulty and have asked for refund to Dell & Dell is taking a long time just to get the refund processed.
Multiple emails with dell, they say they will refund the amount but till date no refund is processed. Kindly Take Strict Action against dell.
I want to launch a police against Dell Technologies on their disastrous response on Dell Laptop.
