I bought my Dell laptop on 13 dec 2021 after 10 days o[censored]sing it started may some sounds so assesed thn i saw back clips of laptop is loose... I reached dell coustomer support for help but there is solution for this problem...and company claims within a year if you have any damages they will replace with new laptop but no one is give good response here... Its been 20 days raising this issue but no good response from dell support only unnecessary...

Above subjected that laptops run very slow.

Even updates also runs very slow.

Please send your technician to updates and check.

I am a housewife and i have purchased a dell laptop vostro 3501 from comhard technics meerut for my child classes. After 3-4 months of purchase, there was a issue in a battery for which i have contacted dell customer care. As comhard says it is not liable for such issues . Battery has been replaced by authorised dell TPA from dell customer care, after replacement with in a week microphone is not working Now, they (dell customer care) say...

Dear sir, last week I bought a new dell (inspiron -3511 /16gb ram / 512 gb ssd / ddr4 /)
Model laptop. It was charged fully and I startes my use. But within 3 hours it's charge came upto 10 %.

In all the website's it's specified upto 5 to 6 hours but it's stand by on only 3 hours. So please take this issue and sort out for me immediately.

From months my ms office is showing that you may be a victim of software counterfeiting and you software is not genuine.
And few days back it stoped working completely and it shows product activation failed ....

Malfunctioning of keys "g" and "h" . they hang a lot and is not working properly . kindly provide with the solution at your earliest convenience .

I purchased dell inspiron on 21st jan 2022 on pai international. It had sound issue and i returned it on 22nd 2022. They checked it and found the sound issue. They told tht it will be replaced but till now i have not got replacement or refund.
I want my money back. I cant wait anymore....

DYB2ZH3, croma sold me a defective product. Dell technician came and sealed laptop. It been 4 days and I'm still begging customer support to give DOA letter. But dell customer support is worst they don't bother about customers problem, like their work is to just sell the products....

Somehow my laptop has damaged so i am trying to connect with dell engineer but it's not connecting many time i called to helpline number but no response...

I was issued DOA on 09th December 2021 but I have not got my Laptop Replaced till Date.

Everytime I receive the Same Answer that Replacement team will call you but there is no response from them.

Neither Dell gives any Reply to the Emails I have sent.

Dell Support team is harrassing the Customer though DOA was issued to the Customer with the Services I have received.
