Date 17/12/2021the worst service i have ever seen they are just playing with the customer saying that you will get call. I have made an complaint before a month ago still did not got any solution for it, 5/01/2022 I requested for replacement and no one replying back they are saying that concern team will contact you back, I would request you please do not buy dell laptop they provide worst service

    System is not working since 2 months and also we are not able to start it in Microsoft windows as well as in safe modes. And it is also requested that as it is allotted by Govt. of Haryana you are requested to visit the native place as there is no service provider from your good company.       I have bought this laptop in December 2021. Its just been 2 months and a lot of issues have resurfaced since the last week. The audio jack is not working, mic is giving echo and robotic voice, the audio is not working properly(audio device not installed error), too many echoes and noises if ever the audio comes back, too much heating, and SSD and harddrive having logically backfactor so soon. Harddrive ticking noise at intervals. This seems to be a factory defect.
      Also the customer care, is just troubleshooting everyday which is hampering my college work and assignments. They are stating that it can be a windows problem and i should reinstall it and even shared a video. If i were so technically sound Why would i be reaching out to you! please help me out on this ASAP.

        My Laptop (Service Tag: 1G6S2B3) was having issues with the Camera, I was getting the error No Web Camera Device is attached, hence I raised the request to Dell, Dell arranged the replacement of the LCD. With this new LCD camera device issue got resolved but I got some other issues: 1. High Color density causing eye stress. 2. Camera Quality got reduced. 3. Video quality got reduced. I raised the request again and Dell arranged another service for replacement. Dell Engineer came with another LCD and that LCD was faulty it was having looze bezels and Color Density was too low so Dell engineer discussed all these issues with Dell Tech Support Guy on call and Dell Tech Support guy informed me that he will arrange another service, Now I am talking with Dell Support Guys and they made me wait for 10 days and now Dell Support guys started saying that there is No issue and they would not create the service for replacement. All the issues I have mentioned are not yet resolved. I have bought an extended warranty but it has no use as Dell support guys started declining the service creation for replacement. Though I bought the extended warranty, Dell denying service for LCD Replacement. Either LCD needs to be replaced or Laptop needs to be replaced if Dell cannot fix the issue in Laptop.

          Within one year the laptops keyboard and hard drive was replaced due to its improper working. Second time again the keyboard had issue and it was replaced. first engineer forgot to fit the screws which was pointed out by second engineer of Dell during the second visit. Second engineer found a problem in LCD so he desmantled it and said we will replace it and then no updates on it. But as he diamantled it the lcd is not in a good condition. Can break any time. Such worst was the service. Today trying to call the dell executive 10 times call got disconnected. No value for money service from dell

            Since I have purchased my new laptop in July 2021 there has been recurrent problems in it . From the previous three months I have been constantly complaining about the problems in my new laptop like keyboard not working, the laptop not turning on etc. to count for a few .However, everything is falling in deaf ears as the customer support panel always say that our case is in procedures and the concerned people will contact us in a few days .However there has been no contact from their end .This laptop is of no use for me as I bought this for my daughter so that she can conduct her virtual classes, unfortunately it is hindering her education as well in this time of pandemic.The details of the laptop and the complaint are listed below:

              Hello I am Prathmesh Nikam and I purchased a laptop named Dell inspiron 3511 for 65, 000/-Rs.
              3 months back on 27 October 2021.
              On 27 January 2022 It's hinge is broken and it's lid is stuck and I can not open the laptop.
              Take a note that I did not made an accident nor the laptop was falled.
              From last few weeks there was a click sound whenever I open the laptop. I also read thousand posts on Dell Community Forum, DellCares Twitter handle and Review of this model on official Dell website and Came to know that it is a manufacturing/Design flaw or defect.
              Now it's been 14 Days I launched the service request and Dell Support is just delaying the service.The Delayed the service 4 time and again asking to wait till 2 March.I am mentally and professionally suffering due to this.
              Dell support is not responding in human.
              Only bots are chain and giving same response.
              Please Help me Out!!!

              Hello my Complaint is being resolved by Dell India. A technician visited at my home today and did the needful work to fix my laptop and replaced the necessary parts. The email address I used to contact dell technical support is [email protected]. Dell taken 23 Days to resolve my issue but finally the laptop is well and good. I hope Dell will level-up there After-Sale services Thank you Dell India!!!

                I bought dell inspiron 5410 from dell exclusive store, amarjyothi layout, Bangalore on 31.01.2022. But on entering express number, it said purchased on 22.12.2021 and warranty was already activated with expiry on 23.12.2022. How is this possible ?
                And on enquiring, store executives are giving me excuses.
                Brand new laptop is continuously hanging from the day I purchased for which store people are blaming it on windows 11.
                Kindly look into the matter.
                Would be forced to take legal action if this is not addressed

                  We have bought two same laptops from a shop "Hi-tech computers" guna, madhya pradesh .The laptop was Dell G3 3500 with specifications windows 10, i5, graphics card -nvidia 1650 4gb and 120hz display but after receiving the products we have got laptops with different specifications as one laptop has 120hz refresh rate while the other has 60hz refresh rate only.
                  when we compared the laptops after some time, we noticed it.

                    Wifi Connectivity issue

                    I was very big fan off Dell products (Earlier), So I usually buy dell products. I purchased a Dell laptop recently and they provided a Dell Alienware headset as goodie with additional amount of Rs. 499. I received the headset and it was not working properly. I contacted the support team and they analyzed and confirmed that it is manufacturing defect then they assured me that they will arrange for replacement. I am following up them more than one month but they are always saying please wait for 5-7 days. I crossed multiple 5-7 days for this replacement. Now a days Dell is not providing proper customer support and products quality is also not up to the mark. I don't like Dell now a days. My Complaint details given below.

                      I bought my Dell Vostro 3590 laptop almost 1.2 years back. For the last 2.5 months, my laptop is facing several issues. They are:
                      1) Screen suddenly freezes at least twice a day and I have to power off the laptop and again start it
                      2) While doing slightly heavy surfing, the laptop gets hanged many times
                      3) The battery life of my laptop is almost 15-20 mins after only 1.2 years o[censored]sage

                      Please guide and help me regarding the issues, there's a lot of hindrances caused at work.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,
                        I ordered the Dell Inspiron 5510 model on 31st Jan and on the Dell website It was showing that It is eligible for Fast delivery and delivery date was as of Today(03/02/22).
                        But I have checked and found that there is no change in status so I have called them and asked about product status. They said It is in Technical issue and while filling the form in place of Company name you have not entered your name.(I have asked them Sir I am not running any company and in place o[censored]sername I have entered my name and in place of company name I have entered NA(not applicable) even if that is the thing then It should be company responsibility to highlight or give some hint for that field value).

                        Now They are saying If I am cancelling my order then They will deduct 15% money and also I will get money after 15 days.
                        In case if I am taking this product then It will take one(1) week of time.

                          Dell India Laptop Dell Faulty- Refund not initiated yet

                          Hi sir,

                          My name is Neha Gupta & have bought a new Brand Dell Laptop on November 2021. The laptop was faulty and have asked for refund to Dell & Dell is taking a long time just to get the refund processed.

                          Multiple emails with dell, they say they will refund the amount but till date no refund is processed. Kindly Take Strict Action against dell.

                          I want to launch a police against Dell Technologies...

                          I had purchased dell laptop in month of August 2021 and after one week o[censored]ses, laptop screen display is dead.replacement approved on 03oct & old system also collected but not received new system even after five months. No any proper response from dell. Very very Worst service providing by Dell. Please help me to resolve my complaint.

                                Ye log ne mere 90000 INR rakh liye hain, old system bi pickup kra liya, or ab ye log mujhe 8 months se system delivered nhi kr rhe,[protected] mails kar chuka, [protected] calls, [protected] itne tweets, mujhe lagta hai dell chor hai, ye sirf logo ke paise leke ayesh karta hai, koi management nhi hai, koi solutions nhi hai, mere 90000INR 17 july se liye hoe hain, aprox 8 months ho gaye .
                                ab agr ye system delivere krte bi hain to mai uska krunga kya, 8 months me maine sara kaam learning torcher ab mujhe DELL KE CEO mujhse publicly maafi mange, or jo inhone mujhe mentally harres anxity diya wo sb ka compensations de . mujhe inpe case krna hai, koi aisa law hai india me jo iska CEO jail me jaye, isko jail bhejo thats it !!
                                ye log middle class insan ko koi value nhi dete usko lootete hain, uski koi majboori nhi smjhte, kaun kaise kya kr rha hai koi farq nhi pdta inhe, . ye sb chor hain inko jail me dalo . please help me someone agr koi ye case krwane me meri help kare, mujhe dell ke ceo ALOK OHRIE pe case krna hai, usko jail me dalo

                                  Laptop is not working since I have taken, system is working like turtle, from my experience dell service is the worst👎, no any help from toll free no, no service center officially, Third party service center charging extra even in warranty, Dell when you no system will not work without SDD card then why you are selling laptop without sdd card, charging 35k to 40 k for empty box and giving name Dell Laptop making people full, in short Dell Company is (Fraud)

                                    I bought my Dell laptop on 13 dec 2021 after 10 days o[censored]sing it started may some sounds so assesed thn i saw back clips of laptop is loose... I reached dell coustomer support for help but there is solution for this problem...and company claims within a year if you have any damages they will replace with new laptop but no one is give good response here... Its been 20 days raising this issue but no good response from dell support only unnecessary excuses...
