Dell India — hard drive failure in dell inspiron 5567

Sir,
I purchased my dell laptop in jan 2017 but due to performance issues i had to take it to a nearby shop to get it rectified. The technician had observed and told me that the Toshiba hard drive (1TB) which is factory installed in my dell inspiron 5567 (service tag no. 8SW5ZL2) has a problem due to which it is neither getting formatted nor partition is getting created on it as it is showing a error message while trying to make a partition through command prompt as well as diskpart method. So, please see to it and do the needful at the earliest.

We purchased this laptop on 28.08.2018. My product order number is[protected] & order date is 28.08.2018.
This laptop hangs too much. It doesn't work properly. We have also taken customer support umpteenth times.
