Dear Sir 1. The Lap top Inspiration 3421 with above service tag was purchased on[protected] from Reliance digital. (Scanned copy invoice attached) for my daughter Sunayana. 2. Service warranty has been extended for two more years by payment of additional amount of Rs.3667/- ( Pl see the invoice). 3 Encountered warranty problem on earlier service request. 4. requested to extend warranty as per invoice condition and confirmed through mail warranty has been extended. 5. during recent service request found warranty has not been extended as agreed. 6.
