Service Tag 4v6km32 Dear Sir/ Madam This is with reference to my repair request of Alienware 15 dated 8th October, 2016 vide Service reference no. ‘ENG/RG_FR-GURGAON 2/16-17/000085’ at Dell Service Center, Boot IT solutions, Lg5, Devi Palace, opposite Raj Cinema, Old Delhi Road Gurgaon 122001. This lap top is in warranty period. Despite n number of repeated requests on customer care and emails I have not received my laptop. I was continuously told that problem will be rectified soon. This laptop is being used by my son a student of B. Arch at SPA, Bhopal. He is not able to submit his project on time. You are requested to handover the laptop back after rectification. On 22 oct 2016 i buy dell laptop from jalgaon maharashtra address is dell execlusive store shop no. 2, ganesh plaza, baliram peth, near bjp karyalaya jalgaon 425001, maharashtra, india.He is not given proper information of product and offers and saying that you did payment from credit card and some rubbish things.Please resolve my problem soon.
