Dell India — laptop not start properly

My dell laptop model vostro 15, 3000 series, product express service code is [protected].
This product main on button not working, it looks very hard sometime it works, most of the times it is not in working condition, and bcoz of it i m facing very difficulty to run this laptop getting disturb in my professinolizm
