Dell India — Misinformation about product before purchase and fraud

On 13/11/2023, I purchased a DELL laptop G15 5530. I was shown placard with specification 14 cores and 24 MB cache and for this specification configuration I purchased the laptop but after the purchase when I checked the properties in the Task Manager, it is showing 10 cores and 20 MB cache only. When I told this to the retailer, they said this is company's fault as they had given wrong placard having misinformation of the product which they displayed in their shop. Also, I received the receipt only after full purchase payment. That means I was told different specifications and sold product with different specifications. This is my third laptop purchase of Dell in a row and also second in this year. So kindly help me into redressal of this problem.
