Dell India — Monitor display problem

Date of incident as on[protected]. Three month i have purchased from one of the dealer of dell. But right now the display is not working properly we can recognize horizontal line and sometimes it is becoming off and on. So it is very difficult to do the work. So i kindly request you sir to solve the problem as soon as possible.
