Dell India — Offer not received on latest purchased laptop model

Hi Dell Team,
We purchase DEll inspiron Laptop on May 7th this year. There were 2 offers on the laptop at that time. One for Headset & another for Amazon voucher. While claimining offer i got only Headset one and not other. For the same i followed with Dell Offers team and i got response at you will get it shortly. I received my headset after multiple followups in 1.5 months nearly and still received the wait response on Amazon voucher one. Finally when i menetioned that i havent received it with Headset as well, then Dell Offers team requested to connect with Dell for cashback and to and forth continues. Now after fed up of multiple communications when i finally raised for escalating this to next officer in email or providing confirmation, i am getting response as that since you have not opted offer and time crossed much so we cant help you.
I have narrated overall process happened and also requested to check phone calls, but it seems Dell team dosent have time to check customer emails and blankly sending replies.
Very Bad experience and not expected it from Dell.
