Sir I, have purchased the laptop Brand Dell Inspiron DLN10224-I-7/2tb/16gb/4gb gra /win hys3p32 on 17/06/2015 vide invoice noi. 460 in a price of Rs, 72600/ from Diginet System, Mangal Bazar, Banshilal Chowk, Hazaribag - 825301, jharkhand, India Show Room Ph.[protected] email: [protected]@gmail.com. The laptop completely stopped working since mid of Sep. 2015. After several request and email to tech suppot team name Ankit Bharadia, giving complain request no.[protected] toll free no.[protected] email dell.co.in /support, is not responding till date. I, therefore request, and seek your kind support so that I may either get my laptop repaired as new one or replace it from other one or refund the the amount paid by me. my mob. no. is [protected], and email id.
